I think it is safe to assume that what ever advantage Bush made have had among the ABS voters was just about wiped out by Kerry in the Early Voting. So if anyone tries to argue that Bush won the election because of the ABS ballots, we can counter that Kerry should have won the election based on the Early Voting. That was probably the one place the hackers couldn't 'pad' the votes. Based on the trend in Early Voting, I think it was more likely for Kerry to do well on Election day than Bush. Seems that before the election every one else, including the exit polls, thought so too.

1. Kerry wins
..and that is not even counting the deleted electronic votes.

We stood in line for 3 hours in Orange county. Hopefully, our vote is part of that total.

7. I excluded the counties
that I only had ABS or EV but not both.

Thanks for the EV figures from Duval. I will plug them into my master chart.

Here's a link for Duval that has both the EV and ABS, but you will need a lot of time and patience to extract the totals.

4. Similar trend was found in NC
by Ignatzmouse in his analysis of that state. I'm guessing the absentee's had significant military, retired military, and perhaps vote from Israel? Anyone else have ideas or data on that?
Have you sent this to anyone? BBV?

8. I was told that most of the Overseas ballots
were received before the election. Some counties have figures that show the overseas ABS separately, but the majority of counties just blended them in with the totals for all ABS.

The few places where I've seen the Overseas ABS, tallies tended to go 50/50 or slightly favored Kerry, in comparison to how the rest of the county voted.

10. Looks to me like the electronic voting machines were already....
hard at work "changing" votes because the exit polls showed Kerry with a 51 to 41% lead among early voters.

11. From what I've heard
the REPS padded the absentee ballots by going after the inactive voter lists. What better place to find dead or MIA voters, that will never notice if you send in a ballot for them?
