Just saw commercial on ABC-7 that said The election is over but there is a recount and will it overturn the election? They said coverage at 11:00 pm tonight. I'll update after the newscast.

Good or bad= please make sure they now how you feel about whatever they say. Tell everyone you know to watch the show and call in their comments (and email the reporter). If the info is accurate and positive, thank them for covering the story. Then, you might want to include links so they can follow up with more stuff and maybe do more stories. If the report is negative, patronizing ("conspiracy theorists") or filled with mis-information (today with MSM reporting on 400 in Ohio yesterday when it was really over 1000)- then send them nice, well thought out follow up note with links, facts, etc. so that they understand what they did wrong and are inspired to learn more about the real story.

14. Yes, and be sure to make the point...

...that it's not just about overturning the election....that the right to vote is fundamental to our democracy and that it's important to ALL Americans, regardless of party affiliation, that our votes count and that we are confident in the electoral process.

I say this in antipation of their claiming that the election can't be overturned. We need to drive it home that this process is critically important even if one happens to be of that opinion.
