Does anyone have an update from Cliff Arnebeck? Lawsuit been filed?
I've been looking around but can't find anything new on the lawsuit to contest the election in Ohio. Filing was postponed last Thursday and Friday. Does anyone know if they filed today?

There is mention in this article that the day is today hopefully:

Cliff Arnebeck, a lawyer representing some of the election critics, said the fraud details would come out in an Ohio Supreme Court filing contesting the election, likely on Monday.

6. Wonder if the delay is connected to the fact...
...that he is listed as one of those invited to Rep Conyers 'forum' at 10am EST on Wed?

Peace.

7. Wednesday says Olberman
According to 'ol Keith:

Certified and/or certifiable

snip...

"Still delayed, a long, long, long-shot bid - spearheaded by attorney Cliff Arnebeck - to have an Ohio Supreme Court Justice contest the actual election — holding off making the first count official until voting irregularities are reviewed. Mr. Arnebeck told us this afternoon that it now may be Wednesday before his suit is filed."

9. I think he is now saying that it will be Wednesday, but that is a problem,
I think, as Tuesday (tomorrow) is the deadline for the resolution of any conflict. Although, I am not *absolutely* certain that is a deadline of Federal law, or of OH state law.

At any rate, wouldn't it be better for him to file before the deadline for resolving any conflicts, whether that deadline is federal or state? Even if OH law allows contests to be filed later? Why wait until after the deadline???

Is there anyone here who has DEFINITIVE information about how all this works? ...and what the ACTUAL deadlines are? Because it just isn't clear. Olbermann indicated some time ago that there is an even later deadline of sometime in January. I'm seeing a lot of different things posted here today. Help!
