But the protests are not just from the fringes any more. Citing the long lines, shortages of ballots, voting machine meltdowns, and spoiled ballots, Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe announced his party would spend "whatever it takes" to conduct what it calls "a comprehensive investigative study" of the vote in Ohio, one to be completed some time next year.

3. Bev Harris AT IT AGAIN
It seems that Bev Harris is going around saying the Feeney story is "disinformation". I see now why people don't like her. She has no conclusive proof and she goes around slandering others.

4. Any story distracting from her efforts is denounced by Bev
Even if it is helpful to the greater good. Shows you what is important to Bev.

8. Bev's point
It seems that Bev Harris is going around saying the Feeney story is "disinformation". I see now why people don't like her. She has no conclusive proof and she goes around slandering others.

Did you actually read what she wrote about it? She raises a number of very cogent objections, and her "proof" is at least as conclusive as the Madsen stories have been. More so, given that her objections are mostly based on undisputed, publicly available facts (such as the types of machines in use) or the internal logic of the claims, which is likewise open to public scrutiny, while it seems as if the Feeney-fanatics mostly spin webs of unverifiable nudge-nudge wink-wink innuendo.

I am not making any claims about Bev Harris personally, or her credibility in general, but on this at least she seems to be being quite reasonable.

21. Not at all
Bev is responsible for being the hack that she is that is all. After using her website to smear someone she lost ALL credibility....Bev is afraid someone is going to get ahead of her..QUITE FRANKLY whether she knows it or not...THEY ALREADY HAVE!!! While she was bursting into LaPores party for publicity and to get into the votergate flick..others were out doing serious investigativer reporting....I gave her money and asked others to help her ...she unfortunately is using these serious problems to further her OWN aganda...
Olberman can take care of all his problems quite easily, he knows he's a hack.

22. "Investigative reporting"? LOL!
Speaking of "hacks" I notice that the thread title was about "Olberman's latest blog" and nowhere in it does he even mention Bev. Furthermore no one before you mentioned Bev. YOU show up and attempt to change the subject to Bev Harris and away from the actual thread subject, that being Keith O. slamming your hero's lack of credibility.

Now why would that be? You wouldn't have an agenda of your own that you're pursuing now would ya? :)

With investigative reporting like 'Well yes the check for $29.6 million was fake but it was merely a metaphor for 'follow the money', I think I'll stick with Bev's approach of collecting the actual, "actionable" documentation from the voting machines and tabulators and see what a documented audit can prove in a court of law.

All of the studies, speculation, and anecdotal evidence in the world will only get you hearings in Washington like the one this morning with only a promise of more hearings sometime next year. :(

A fully documented case such as what Bev and BBV.org are putting together is actionable in court immediately.

It seems that some here are trying their damnedest to keep her from getting anywhere in that regard.

If, as you claim, "it's all about Bev" why do you suppose she was still in Florida collecting documents instead of going to Washington to get on TV and promote herself? They were open public hearings and I'm certain she could have spoken on behalf of BBV.

23. What do you know PP
I am sure Bev wasn't INVITED to Washington...anyway according to her she is keeping everything secret...that is till the votergate flick comes out???? My ONLY agenda is ...I gave money to BBV and got my friends to donate too...DID YOU GIVE????HMMMMM........She started slandering the Brad Blog ...Go to BradBlogTOO and see Brads response....He just socked it to Ol'Bevvi.....She is in it for the publicity..If she wasn't WHY didn't she post on her site the protests that are going on in Ohio...she said she needed the space for her updates...BUUUUUUUUTTTTTT...instead she used the space to smear someone she DIDN'T have ALL the facts about..ACTUALLY...she has a lot of MISINFORMATION..which is as bad as her claim of "DISINFORMATION"....NO ONE is trying to stop her from doing her work..INSTEAD she waisted her time posting totally BOGUS information about the posting on the BradBlog.....CHECK OUT Y O U R facts before making accusations...

24. Facts? Show me your FACTS!
You have an "unsubstantiated allegation" and nothing more. If you really had a "case" someone would have filed it by now.

Make your case right here, right now.

Give me a time line of events, the people involved in this "crime" and the supporting documentation.

What do you really have other than "he said" and a bunch of circumstantial evidence? OMG they KNEW each other!

You believe this bullshit go make a case that will stand up in court.

5. "to be completed sometime next year" oh well THANK YOU MR. USELESS!
GOD!!! the Democratic Leadership should be stripped of their healthcare, forced to move back in with their parents, and forced to work for $6.50 an hour in retail for the next 4 years like THE REST OF US!!!

if these useless, spineless, pathetics slobs had been doing their jobs and listening to their base and investigating things and taking stands on these voting issues BEFORE THE GODDAMN ELECTION we wouldn't have to wait until 'sometime next year' for them to explain to us WHY WE'RE STUCK WITH BUSH FOR A FULL FOUR MORE YEARS!!!!

i personally know people whose lives have gone completely down the shitter. i know people whose teeth are rotting out of their head, people who may die because they don't get adequete medical assistence, prevention, care, help with meds... ... and these useless fucks might have a report for us sometime next year.

burn in hell, Terry. you and the rest of the DLC and the RNC.

As long as they have a soft spot to sit, they could give a fuck about the rest of us. We all need to go to church and pray, remember. It was all our (grassroots) fault.

They don't need our KIND of votes, we turn off all the GOOD church going folks that they want to vote Democrat. We should all go hide our gay, feminist, liberal, secular, anti-war, working class, poor, heads in shame for being ourselves and turning off the kind of voters they really want to attract..

9. agreed
that said, maybe the DLC involvement might trigger the entry of some more high profile Dems? I know my aunt lives in Columbus and all she knows about fraud is Jesse Jackson being there. I think Jesse's a pretty good guy but a lot of people just dismiss him out of hand. I konw the senators are both repub, but isnt there some high profile state official who could get involved? Conyers isnt enough, I'm afraid!
