Do I have tinfoil on my head???
I find myself getting very excited that we're finding evidence of a stolen election - and I have to stop and ponder how sad that is...

Still, I can't help it - I have been so frustrated and depressed and enraged over the past month - and NOONE I know believes in the fraud - they keep saying "we'll get 'em next time".

Trouble is, I don't think there will be a next time - I don't think they'll give up power. They didn't do all of this only to give up power in 4 years.

When I failed again today to convince my mom of the fraud - I told her I hope I AM nuts - "I think I'd rather be mentally ill than be right" I said.

"Maybe its a little of both" She replied. Great, thanks Mommy.

1. I feel your pain, VTGold.
I've been trying to enlighten my family via email, but the Republicans among them have been flaming me mercilessly. Luckily there are lefties in the family, too. Here's what my cousin sent me today:

"Baby Moses floated to safety from the Pharoah's army in a bed of reeds... proof that if you grasp enough straws, you may not drown... Doesn't look like the people in Ukraine accepted voter fraud- why should we? America spent billions and lost thousands of lives during our Cold War activities... now a former Soviet state shows us courage and faith in the truth, and we complain because "it's over"... So carry that torch... when the waters rise, and the straws get scarce, they will gather at your feet."

:hippie:

3. Know the feeling. Comes from being ahead of the info curve compared
to all the people around you. When the MSM has been so quiet about it till now it gives you this odd feeling of what it must be like in totalitarian countries where folks know what's going on but can't talk about it, so pretend its not there or only talk in huddled hushed whispers in the corner.

Now fix it up and make it look cute-we are about to go Mainstream with this story and we want to look presentable don't we?

Won't you (we) feel smug when you(we) can say "I knew it all along" when this is Major news all over the country and shrub is impeached!

I guess smug isn't the right word since you are feeling bad about the state of things-but cheer up-its always darkest before the dawn as they say.

14. Yeah, but he'd release right before the mid-term elections...
... that'd be too late.

By then my 12 year old drafted niece will be in a flack jacket (which I'll have to buy) somewhere in Iran or Syria.

19. there wont be an impeachment..
this must be stopped here and now..there will never be an impeachment..not with the incoming congress!!! Tom Delay and Hassert will never ever ever allow it..it is now or never!!..it is that important...and with renquist ready to die ..and a new supreme court..an impeahment will never happen...we must all take to the streets when we see what arnebeck has tommorrow..this sunday get off your duffs and go protest..if they can do it in the ulraine..we sure as heck can do it here...remember it was very cold in the ukraine and those people stood for over 11 days round the clock...

we can all sit at our computers sunday or we can shut them off and go use our voices..we can yell and scream on these computers and share our woes, or get up and do something...if there are millions of us..how can the media ignore us??

400 people showed up in ohio, thats pathetic..were there only 400 people in ohio that care?? and i heard the interviews most who were interviewed were from out of state. many californians..come on..lets all be heard..go to your city hall..go protest in front of fox news stations..just go somewhere..get others to go..get mad as hell but do sonething!!

this internet is a great resource..but most people are not hearing us!!

i went to xmas party yesterday ..the oldest democratic womens club in the usa..and i will tell you i was talking about all the election anomlies and the fraud..and many argued with me..one lady got so angry with me she called me a nut...and this lady is an office holder..please people the message is not getting out there..and the only way we will get it out there is to take to the streets!!

go to a democratic club in your town ..you be the media...i keep going out speaking about it..some are so happy to hear the news that they are passing my name to get me to go to other clubs and speak...the internet is incredible..we can get info in seconds..but millions are not getting the story or the message...please..use what you have learned and go out and speak about it..we are the only media we have....we...as in "we the people"...

i copy links to stuff off the internet..i put 6-8 to a page and i cut them and hand them out at meetings...and most of the time i get great reception..last meeting i made 275 copies ...and i handed everyone out..and had to take a list of the rest of the people and email them the info...i didnt make enough of the link papers!!

ask to speak at rotary clubs..

when you know this info..it is incumbant to spread the word...

our window of opportunity is shrinking..please i beg all of you ..get out and get your voice heard...your fingers have done such an incredible job..but now its time for your voice!!

i hope you don't think i am preaching , i am not..just frustrated ..that even people in our party have no clue whats going on..how can we build a ground swell when so few people know???

i know its not easy for some to speak publically..but you all know what you are talking about, and when you know what you are speaking about..its so much easier...you all know this stuff..you know whats going on..pick one subject..and make copies of what you want to say fron the net...and get out there..people need to be awakened...

for the one lady who called me a nut, at least 30 others thanked me for informing them and enlightening them!!
if only two of you protest...maybe a day later it will be 4, and the day after that it may be 10..
i can think of worst ways of making a fool over ones self...but you can never be a fool fighting for your country and for our democracy!!!

12. I keep convincing them but then...
...they go back out into the world and poof - they're brainwashed by the idiot box again.

Someone actually said to me the other day "why don't I see it on the news - they're usually so liberal..."

Makes you wanna cry.

11. Your tinfoil fits, and you are spot-on about this being our
'last best hope' (Battlestar Galactica??). The cards are being thrown out on the table as we speak.

I fervently hope that DEMOCRACY has the upper hand.

15. VTGold, you are not alone...
I am talking to blank stares and now my mother too is umhuh-ing me and actually avoiding my calls - works with reds who watch the spin machine. My boyfriend, a raging liberal and political freak just WILL NOT discuss it (this more from heartache and loss for what to do)... Everyone else (work) "oh, you've been on line? You're one of those..." I just keep telling people to watch Countdown. Thank god for KO. Losing their attention a little day by day. Mostly "yeah, they stole it again, tell me something I don't know. Who's gonna stop them?"

I'm staying positive that the whole thing's gonna :nuke: wide open!

17. I know exactly how you feel...
My wife thinks I'm addicted. But the people who spin us as conspiracy theorists don't understand the bottom line: If someone can prove to me that most (doesn't even have to be all) of the anomalies / circumstantial evidence are explainable and are on the up and up, I'm done with this. It just hasn't happened. I want to be wrong. That's the point. I don't want my children growing up in the country that I think this will be. But, if I'm not wrong, that means I'm right. We're right. And we have to prove it. It is our duty. Read the Declaration of Independence.

18. don't give up
I'm your mother's age or older--probably older. Thankfully my kids are with me on this--ages 33, 22, and 20. They tell me that none of theri friends know what they're talking about when they mention election fraud. My daughter is at the univ. in Minn. and she says her friends hadn't heard a word until she mentioned it.

I'm sure all of us are getting some abuse for standing firm on this issue. I have been publicly mocked by my sister in law at a party this weekend. "**** thinks Kerry won the election and may still win--ha ha ha!!" My sister calls daily telling me that I must get over this--as if it's a mental illness--all the while telling me she's a DEmocrat too. She thinks if it's not on tv, it's not true.

My husband, who's accustomed to my convictions (I'm a faculty advisor for Amnesty Internat'l) just says to let him know when we win.

Stay on DU. Don't give up. You're a Freedom Fighter--not an easy thing to be.
