They (the House Judiciary Committee) are repeatedly calling for any and all data that will help them build a case that different technologies with different spoilage rates are a violation of Equal Protection.
First they need evidence of the different spoilage rates.
We've got some of that data. Let's have it at their desks before they get back.
Post what you send and to who:
Wexlar and Nadler both asked this specifically.
We need to work it up for Ohio too, they want that badly.

I didn't pay attention to your request. I sent letters to several senators, but only a few made it to their destinations, including the ones to Sen. Kerry and Sen. Clinton.
In the letter, I explained that the nature of votes cast with paperless DRE machines made it impossible to accurately count these votes and thus provided unequal protection to these votes. I also pointed to the remedy for this violation of equal protection as given in the Fourteenth Amendment, which also brought Section One of Article Two into play.
