Became "official" around 2001. It has about 10.000 members "who DONATE their time and effort to protect the nation's cyberspace..." "They have access to highly classified information..." that's it...part of b*** jobs program. They will round us all up and will need laborers to build all the new prisons to house us. It'll be great for the economy.
