What date did Ohio certify it's vote in 2000?

What date did Ohio certify it's vote in 2000?
I went searching around the net earlier and could only verify it was don by 11/17.
Does anyone have the exact date?

2. So Ohio got good and ready so they could certify 3 weeks later in 2004?
What a great example of what a lame election system is in place.

Having the precise date is what I wanted, thank you.

I'm a little peeved at myself cause I saw that document and hit back (on my browser)when I read 'approved June twenty fifth'.
Thought it wasn't what I was looking for. Heh.

So now that makes it...34 minus 9, equals 25 days more than 2000.
Almost 4 times as long <shakes head>.
Someone needs to go to prison for this crap.

10. I'll see if i can find the link but remember from seeing the text of
election law that electors have to be slated the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December which would be Dec. 13. In addition the Ohio state law states that the votes have to be certified at least 6 days prior to that, which would be Dec. 7th.
