Kerry NEVER said a recount WON'T change the outcome.

He might have said in his concession, 'the numbers just aren't there'', but that was before all the information on what really happened came to surface.

If anything, he (and others) have been hinting more that it COULD change, if not WOULD.

Oh, and SOS office still bitching the recount is a 'waste of taxpayers money'......what did that break down to, someone figured it out...it came out to an amount of CHANGE per precinct. Someone needs to say that loud and publicly TO Blackwell.
