elections? Didn't Jimmy make a public statement indicating that this group couldn't monitor the US elections because we fell "short" of the standard! ???

I saw Carter on two shows last night. I did not watch the complete interview either time. However, he said nothing about voting problems in either interview I saw. But like I said, I didn't see the complete interviews. He is plugging a new book.
