Simple Answer for Overcoming the "They wouldn't do that" claim.

The vast majority of Americans saw the Clinton witch hunt for what it was -- an attempt to undo an election. This can easily be used to help us make our case. Many Americans simply don't want to believe that there are people in the country who would willingly tip the election. An easy talking point is:

"The American public saw the effort to impeach Clinton as a blatant attempt to reverse a democratic election and denounced it. There's no reason to believe that the people who attempted to undo an election on the back end would not attempt to fix one on the front end."

Clinton - undo a Prsidency
Gore - steal a Presidency
Kerry - steal a Presidency

It started with Carter.
And then we have Kennedy & Kennedy
