1. Hasn't He Broken the Law? |
|
Isn't that enough to impeach the man? If not I say we must void all ruling made by the Republicans until we have a fair and balanced government representing ALL of us. I'm sick of these games Republicans play. Everyday another American starves for the rich and another soldier dies for profit. How dare they use the law against us, when it suits them.

2. Impeachment takes too long. There has to be some mechanism built in |
|
to the law to expedite this process. Time is not on our side. I am no attorney but the responsibility must lay somewhere. This pattern of lawbreaking and obstructionist behavior is unaccpetable.

That's why I say we ignore them. Anything this guy does or says means crap, because they are breaking the law. And that means no deadline! That's all. The rules will not apply unless the Republicans apply the law to themselves. I will not pay taxes to a government that does not recognize it's own laws. There are no excuses for this behavior.

This man should be Frog Marched to Jail. These are High Crimes. And we all know this crap has been happening since 2000, maybe even before.

4. Speediest is to knock the ladder of * support |

away from him. In other words make him radioactive to the top and frighten his followers beneath. Second is to ensure that the legal proceedings are incredibly scrutinized by legal experts. These Ohio Supreme Court r's probably have further ambitions! Ought to be fun next week and provide lots of historical data for future case scholastic review which makes lawyers jumpy! Think SCOTUS 2000. :)

7. Right On - He Already Has Tipped His Hand |
|
The lock-downs really were his greatest gaffe. Now that Conyers has gone public with concerns about the illegality of the lock-downs, the house of cards has begun to tremble. Once Blackwell is under arrest, he'll be more likely to squeal. He knows that divulging the truth will put his life at risk but 10 years in stir is not an appealing prospect either.
