Links to send out for tomorrow's OH hearing - but WHO will cover it??
Edited on Sun Dec-12-04 11:07 PM by Stephanie

This is what I'll be sending to my friends. I know after all my mutterings they will be relieved to see legit people contesting the results.

Do we have any direct links to coverage tomorrow? I'd like to include links for them to listen to the forum. Has anyone agreed to cover it? Pacifica, C-Span?

Kerry Lawyer Seeks Ohio Ballot Inspection

By MARK WILLIAMS, Associated Press Writer

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Democrat John Kerry (news - web sites) is asking county elections officials to allow his witnesses to inspect the 92,000 ballots cast in Ohio in which no vote for president was recorded, a Kerry lawyer said Sunday night.

The request is one of 11 the Kerry campaign made in a letter sent over the weekend to Ohio's 88 county boards of election, which will begin recounting presidential ballots this week.

"We're trying to increase the transparency of the election process," said Donald McTigue, the lawyer handling the recount for the Kerry campaign. But he added that several requests — such as using independent experts to check election equipment, "are trying to push the edge of envelope."

Two minor presidential candidates who received 0.30 percent of the votes in last month's election requested and paid for the recount, claiming that the election was full of irregularities that need to be addressed.

President Bush (news - web sites), a Republican, beat the Massachusetts senator by about 119,000 votes in Ohio on Election Day. Ohio's 20 electoral votes, which will be cast on Monday, put Bush over the top in the race.

2. Good question, Stephanie
Has anyone heard back from the people they've e-mailed regarding this? You'd think, with the recent developments, the "news" organizations would want to cover it. This should be our priority now.

3. There are producers & editors across America
who are just getting their wee blackberries all situated for tomorrow. The Kerry letter will interest them in covering it more than if that letter had not gone out tonight.

The very scary part is that their are not enough reporters who know what has happened in the Election Fraud saga for the last 34 days.

So for us it means "CONSTANT VIGILANCE" as to what they write and say!

Edited on Sun Dec-12-04 11:56 PM by Stephanie

Then open a new document in MS Word and click File/Paste. An image of your screen shot will be pasted down and you can save it like any document.

*edit - I misled you! It's Edit/Paste! lol
