Today's Boston Globe: zip, nada |
|
Yesterday, William Rivers Pitt reported that he saw a Boston Globe reporter at the rally, the rally was being covered, and the Greene County lockdown was to appear in today's Globe.
I searched today's Globe online. I saw nothing, zip, nada.
They were there, they know the import of what is happening, and they smothered it.
Unless I missed something, that is what happened.

4. We need to not give the opposition hot tips by posting them on DU. |
|
I was worried yesterday when I saw Will's post on DU. I have seen the Glob fold under pressure before and I was afraid that it would hapen again...Looks like it has...A word to the wise ..we are being watched.

5. Not quite nothing: "Ohio electors urged to delay..." on P. A8 |
|
Edited on Mon Dec-13-04 08:23 AM by ivorysteve
There's some coverage of the protests yesterday in Ohio and Boston, including mention of Pitt and others. Here's the online version: http://www.boston.com/news/politics/president/articles/2004/12/13/ohio_electors_urged_to_delay_balloting_until_after_recount/Nothing on the lockdown or the suspicious unlocked door stuff, though. Steve Edit: Oh, it's an AP story the Globe carried, and there's already a DU thread on that here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x147856

8. I gladly stand corrected. My underlying concern still stands about |
|
the dangers of revealing too much in a public forum. I'm glad that this was not such a case..Thanks for the info.
