I cant seem to find anything about that lawsuit. I remember when someone posted the email from Cliff Arnebeck office ,it said big headlines in the papers......HA????

the US House of Reps is the only body that can effect a change. Courts, even the Ohio Supreme Court can not alter the outcome

13. ohio's electors vote today, Dec. 13 |

after that, the only recourse for changing the state's electoral votes is for at least one member each of the house and senate to challenge acceptance of ohio's electors. If a challenge does occur, our wonderous republican congress will vote on whether or not to accept ohio's slate of electors. So today is basically it, unless fraud is discovered on a large enough scale that republican congressmen have to challenge the vote to save their own asses.
