This is happening in every state. The suit was filed - that doesn't mean there is an automatic change in the electoral system. These votes are the next step of the process - until Congress approves them (or not) on Jan. 6.

have either decided to not even hear or accept the lawsuit, or just refused to provide a decision on that portion of the request. Someone must know what the judge has done. Why haven't we heard?

I guess it wouldn't work that way. I know the Arnebeck suit had been filed, but if it was supposed to stop the electors from being seated, it doesn't appear to be working, does it? And that was one of the things, as I understand it, that the suit was supposed to do. Oh well. *sigh*
