we need one bumpersticker, like the kerry edwards sticker to put on our car. to start lettting the people see. was really effective during campaign this year the bumpersticker.

i decided this after looking at those fols standing at their state building in tennesse. the body language. a simple was our vote counted

in a red state we cant be to inflamatory. but we can have a consistant message. people get extra stickers and anyone that is interested give them one. a national campaign

It should stick to the fact that, in a democracy, votes are counted and ours aren't being counted.

You know - something about the vote and not make it about Bush or Kerry. That will attract more people.

I'm in a red state and fighting this from the angle that it's not about the Shrub. It's about having our votes count on secured voting apparati. Granted, I work in the tech sector and most people, including Republicans, think it's just awful that states would use anything that ran on a Windows OS to count something as secure as votes - so that's one tactic.

We need to grow our numbers and alienating people isn't going to do it. Keep it about Democracy and Voting and Having our Vote Count.

I've had my car window smashed for a sticker that was far less antagonistic than these. Where I live, these would be like waving a red flag at the bull. I like the diebold one too. Actually I like many of these suggestions, and I don't see why we all have to wear the same hat.

The point is to keep the message out there. How you spell the message isn't as important as what the message is.

The inkjet stuff looks good too. I've been looking into the do-it-yourself bumper stickers, and it is pretty neat. The downside of course is that you are not using water resistant ink, at best you can coat the sticker with acrylic spray. But you can also put anything you want out there. Like blogs, it is uncontrolled, free, the people in action unrestrained by the system.

You get the idea. A lot of people won't get jokes that are too esoteric or too clever, because they don't even have some basic information--that the vote was hacked, that Kerry won, etc. Some people may not have even heard of the electronic voting issues, who owns the secret source code, etc.
