Here's an easy way to acheive critical mass (MEDIA COVERAGE)
I am posting this for a new DU'er (Mad Scientist) who still cannot start a thread:

We're probably going to need protesters.
We need to attract the attention of huge groups of idealists.
We need people who buy ink by the barrel.

My idea:
COLLEGE NEWSPAPERS

We need a list of stories, already worked out with references. (Not just lists of links.)
We need a list of email addresses for college newspaper columnists and editors.

We keep them informed, they will inform the idealist protesters on campus, we achieve critical mass, MSM may be forced to bring it out.

What do you think?

(If it's a good idea, please start a new thread on this for me.)

8. Great idea -- but bad timing?
What with it's Finals time, and Xmas coming, and vacation. All before Jan 6.

The timing really couldn't be worse.

Sorry to come off defeatist-- it's a great idea.

13. GOOD IDEA
But you better get it happening LIKE NOW if you're planning on getting to the audience you need -- in fact it might already be too late --

Winter break is starting -- the last issues of college rags are going out this week probably... there will be no one there to read it -- where were you 5 weeks ago?

14. Good idea, with one caveat. Why don't you offer to be a source of info,
because those school papers probably have lots of students wanting to get published, so it would go over better if they were able to use the info to write their own stories under their own bylines.

I'm just remembering how it was when I was a student. The idea that someone was going to write stories FOR them is likely to not go over to well. As a source however, I think the idea works great!

17. 50 facts
What should the message be? I think the "20 amazing facts about voting in the USA" (http://www.nightweed.com/usavotefacts.html) is a good start. I like the neutral intro/headline. Should be updated daily (at a central place), with the most hardhitting points at the top. With one simple URL where people can check the statements and get more info. Send out in emails to people, make them want to pass it on.

The anti-Moore movement made such a list: "59 deceits in F9/11". When it comes to communicating, they know what they are doing.

There is a large amount of info pointing to election fraud. The problem is to make it understandable. People do not want to believe that this is happening. Do not give them reasons to dismiss the information (noise, design, unnessecary text, etc).

Research and investigation goes along many lines. But getting the main points across to outsiders is a different process. It is a question of information architecture. Fragmentation is a bad thing, forces should be joined in one visible effort (how about a working group of ten of the "best" election fraud sites maintaining one main effort together). Just one long page with headlines would probably do, no design needed.
