The Election isn't over because...please fill in the blank
Edited on Tue Dec-14-04 02:03 PM by texpatriot2004
What reasons would you give people who are willing to believe election fraud but aren't informed or people who haven't thought of election fraud but may be open to information? I am looking for some bullet type info to put together. What are your reasons? Why is it not over for you?

Another approach is IF someone thinks it is over but they believe it was stolen AGAIN what would you tell them? What information would you share? What reasons would you give them for why you think it was stolen?

Furthermore, how do you think we should fight the fraud this time? This time we have evidence, data, charts, graphs, statistical analysis, incidents reported, litigation, some film footage, in short, we are aware this time. What action do we take? At the very least, how do we share all this information?

1. Actually I would tell them the election IS over
and that Kerry won.

But that the fight to expose the criminal acts and false perceptions is just beginning!

2. There are significant legal challenges and a recount
that must be addressed before the final outcome is determined!

* Significant Legal Challenges
* Recount in Ohio
* I don't know if my vote was counted
* It's not January 6th yet
* Partisan efforts in Ohio to suppress votes
* Kerry may have won Ohio

What else? Anyone?

18. Great map of some of Ohio's problems
Show them this. Documented map of Ohio and its myriad election problems: http://www.votersunite.org/info/mapflyerohio2004.pdf

Tell them Ohio's electoral votes decide who gets the presidency.

The recount just started Monday.

10. Certain parties,
Edited on Tue Dec-14-04 02:50 PM by KCabotDullesMarxIII
including, but not limited to overtly, indeed in some cases, vocally partisan election officials, evidently took measures to thwart the will of the electorate, insofar as it might have prevented the victory of the Democratic candidates, in a substantial majority of the various polls. In short, most of such polls constituted elections, in name only.

Sorry, didn't read the thread header properly. Very amateur legalese, instead!

11. Because the same thing that happened in 2000
happened in 2004.Only we are aware of it and can do something about it.
Gore was elected in 2000.We let it go.Im not letting it go this time.Our Democracy depends on whether or not we fight the fraud that occured in this election.

19. Check the History of Exit Polls
Exit Polls are used in other countries as a way to prevent fraud from occuring.The Ukrainians used it as evidence that resulted in a revote.The US supported this.

Across the nation the exit polls pointed to a Kerry victory.Same thing in 2000 for Gore.Exit polling was never questioned or smeared before 2000.

Exit Polls don't lie.
