This article list the names of 1555 King County Voters that had rejected ballots. Sorry if this has already been posted.

List of rejected King County ballots

-snip-
Ballots submitted by the following 1,555 King County voters weren't
counted during the initial vote count and the machine recount
because of apparent signature problems. In some cases, voters failed
to sign envelopes enclosing absentee or provisional ballots, those
signatures didn't match their signatures on file or — in the case of
561 voters — their signatures hadn't been entered into the election
computer system.
This list does not distinguish those 561 from the
other rejected ballots.

Voters can call (206) 296-8683 (VOTE) to find out why their votes
weren't counted.

10. Supreme Court Rejects Democrat Election 'Thieves'
Then they fight you...

Washington Supreme Court Rejects Democrat Election Thieves

-snip-
The Washington Supreme Court today smacked down Democrats' sleaziest
attempt yet to steal the gubernorial election from Republican winner
Dino Rossi.

-snip-
The decision does not affect the 561 supposedly uncounted ballots
that Democrats in King conjured up Sunday and that were, they claim,
wrongly rejected.

-snip-
Why is it that most vote fraud and "irregularities" occur in
Democrat-run areas?

11. Why King County Can Count Those 573 Votes
The Dish On Why King County Can Count Those 573 Votes

December 14, 2004

By KOMO Staff & News Services

-snip-
"Ballots are to be 'retabulated' only if they have been previously
counted or tallied," Chief Justice Gerry Alexander wrote in the
unanimous decision. The ruling is available online, at
www.courts.wa.gov.

-snip-
Clear enough. But at the same time, King County elections officials
announced the discovery of 573 ballots that had not been counted
because of mistakes by election workers. King County Elections
Director Dean Logan said those ballots should be counted, and the
county canvassing board will decide their fate on Wednesday.

The two events have a lot of people wondering why King County can
add those ballots to the hand recount when they haven't
been "previously counted," in the words of the court.

The answer lies in state law. Existing law gives county canvassing
boards the power to recanvass, or reconsider, any ballots during a
count or a recount. They just have to do it before the election is
certified. While the election results from the first, machine
recount were certified Nov. 30, the hand recount results have not
yet been certified, so the window is still open for county
canvassing boards to reconsider ballots.
