I think. At least he hadn't talked about it on his show, that I've heard. Plus his show has very widespread distribution--beyond Air America.

I started this thread http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x162915 earlier asking if anyone thought that machines could be accessed wirelessly.
From what Curtis says if the code was in the machines all it would need was for a "flag" to be sent out and they would all start working out percentages instead of votes, or something to that effect.
