16. That deserves the Ron Suskind quote:

''We're an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And
while you're studying that reality -- judiciously, as you will -- we'll
act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and
that's how things will sort out. We're history's actors . . . and you,
all of you, will be left to just study what we do.''

22. Quite a quotation

It demonstrates in three sentences what we are up against. At least the guy has the balls to tell it like it is, or rather like he hopes it to be.

24. If the Republicans believe they won fair and square
why are they so afraid of a recount? They should be saying - Recount all you want, we won and it will only prove it.

Instead they are complaining that it will cost too much money. They complained that it would cost too much money to have paper trails. But they can spend $20B here and $20B there.

They have something to hide and they know it and that is why they are fighting it at every opportunity.

Poor little monkey,
Squinty and green.
Something is wrong;
Maybe cuisine?

Monkey too sick now
To be in the loop,
But here's kind Dick Cheney
With more of that soup.

Monkey too nervous,
To hear all the news.
Stays in denial,
Won't hear any boos.

Ohio dirt sees the light,
'Katherine' takes a licking.
Monkey Boy ignores it all,
Believes nothing is sticking.

In it John King, WH correspondent said, that Bush himself goes through all precinct reports and has not slept all night because he wants to announce his win.

39. The look on Bush's face the day after the election...
I'll never forget the look on Bush's face, the day after the election.

The man was glowing, as never before. He looked like a little boy who won first prize at his middle-school science fair.

He truly looked humbled and glowing with a mandate that he believed he had.

It made me sick!

However, now I see a very, very different look. He looks guilty. Stressed. Uncomfortable.

My guess is that he didn't know about the fraud initially, but now he does.

How does this man live with himself? Not one of his accomplishments is his own.

I don't know if there's a link to it anywhere but it wasn't an expression of joy. he didn't appear happy. his "mind" seemed to be elsewhere. his lack of glee startled me out of my rage for a moment.

50. Ode to the faux mandate
Go 'way from my window,
Leave at your own chosen speed.
I'm not the one you want, babe,
I'm not the one you need.
You say you're lookin' for someone
Never weak but always strong,
To protect you an' defend you
Whether you are right or wrong,
Someone to open each and every door,
But it ain't me, babe,
No, no, no, it ain't me, babe,
It ain't me you're lookin' for, babe.

Go lightly from the ledge, babe,
Go lightly on the ground.
I'm not the one you want, babe,
I will only let you down.
You say you're lookin' for someone
Who will promise never to part,
Someone to close his eyes for you,
Someone to close his heart,
Someone who will die for you an' more,
But it ain't me, babe,
No, no, no, it ain't me, babe,
It ain't me you're lookin' for, babe.

Go melt back into the night, babe,
Everything inside is made of stone.
There's nothing in here moving
An' anyway I'm not alone.
You say you're looking for someone
Who'll pick you up each time you fall,
To gather flowers constantly
An' to come each time you call,
A lover for your life an' nothing more,
But it ain't me, babe,
No, no, no, it ain't me, babe,
It ain't me you're lookin' for, babe.
