1. So Arnebeck should refile it as TWO seperate issues
Edited on Thu Dec-16-04 03:53 PM by Willy Wonka
and have the OH Supreme Court expedite it immediately. With threats of flamethrowers and the like.

6. You are incorrect
He filed it in that manner so Moyers would have to recuse himself.

It was a good maneuver, but Moyers wants to hear the big case. So he didn't grant it. Now the suit needs to be refiled as two separate cases.

BTW, for future reference, his name is Arnebeck

7. No, he had a reason. He wanted Moyer to have to recuse himself.
Arnebeck wanted Moyer off the case since he's a partisan republican judge.

5. Besides..he didn't file the complaint on 80 lb. paper...
and we all know that in Ohio, if it's not on 80 lb. paper, it's not legal...

9. He must file 2 separate cases - the Chief didn't like being outmaneuvered
This way the Chief Justice gets to hear the election challenge for the Prez & veep which he couldn't hear if his own election challenge was consolidated in the same case.

This sounds like a load of poppycock to me. I don't know of any courts that favor multiple lawsuits when everything can be accomplished in one consolidated case.
