What about the Grand Jury? Think it will work?
This is posted on the election fraud board, and I think is something new:

These people should be indicted by their local grand
jury.........someone there needs to go to the grand jury foreman and
present the affidavitized evidence of criminal wrongdoing (we've all
read and seen) seeking a grand jury referral and subsequent grand jury
investigation.....including grand jury subpoenas and voting machine
confiscation........you don't need anyone's permission to visit the
grand jury foreman to seek a grand jury referral......if the grand jury
indicts, then the criminals will be prosecuted........this must occur,
or they will go unchecked and unafraid of repeating their crimes. It's
sickeneing no one has done tis yet.......they're putting the cart in
front of the horse with these civil actions........they should be
seeking a grand jury investigation immediately.........

>>> There's nothing more to discuss.....except convening a grand jury
>>> and beginning a grand jury investigation.......that's THE THING WE
>>> MUST DO!
>>>
>>> When I spoke with Susan Truitt this morning and Cliff Arnebeck's
>>> office, I emphasized the following:
>>>
>>> Someone, (even a regular citizen) preferably an Ohio attorney who
>>> was a former prosecutor, should go to the Columbus, Ohio courthouse
>>> and present all the recent hard evidence and affidavits to the
grand
>>> jury foreman seeking a grand jury referral and a convening of a
>>> grand jury for the purpose of investigating the criminal
allegations
>>> presented. There is no doubt this is what MUST BE DONE!! Truiit and
>>> Arnebeck;s office agreed completely, and are looking for a criminal
>>> attorney to prosecute these criminals.
>>>
>>> The actions affidavitized yesterday, Monday, at Conyers hearing,
>>> produced sufficient hard evidence of criminal wrongdoing by Ohio
>>> election officials and especially the one described Triad Election
>>> Systems employee who committed a multitude of crimes; see, Witness
>>> says voting company tampered with machines after vote and tried to
>>> plant false information into Ohio recount
>>> http://www.bluelemur.com/index.php?p=490
>>>
>>> Republican officials are laughing at civil actions, they know will
>>> be a day late and a dollar short by Inauguration Day.....they know
>>> these civil lawsuits will eventually be thrown in the trash by
>>> Republican judges. Republicans know Democrats and liberals are
>>> generally not prosecutorial-minded.
>>>
>>> What Republicans would fear the most is a convening of an Ohio
grand
>>> jury proceeding with an ongoing criminal investigation, complete
>>> with subpoenas and confiscating voting machines and tabulators. In
>>> fact, that is the ONLY WAY we can obtain sufficient legal cause to
>>> force a revote........these criminals are destroying evidence as we
>>> speak. We must get someone to go down to the Columbus County
>>> Courthouse and present all the evidence of criminal wrongdoing to a
>>> grand jury foreman, requesting him to convene a grand jury to
>>> investigate these criminal allegations.
>>>
>>> It's all about criminally prosecuting these bastards in state court
>>> first. Even if we indict them of a criminal misdemeanor charge,
that
>>> will lead to much. much more.......including a revote.

4. This appears to be written on Tuesday? Do you know if Arnebeck

and his staff have found a criminal prosecuter yet? Time is of the essence.

5. You can't just drop in on a grand jury. In some states, it is the senior
judge that empanels and controls them, in others it is the prosecutor. Prosecutors (county, state, federal) are the ones that have control over whether criminal charges will be considered by the grand jury. Citizens have no such power (unless it is misdemeanor court).
