Action items to contact senators - got more for the list?
yo from the Solar Bus,

On the website I currently list these items for what I call the "Senator Plan." If I'm missing anything please let me know.

----

One Senator and one House Representative are required to contest an election prior to inauguration. We have the representatives. We still need a senator. Several efforts are underway to let the senators know how important this is. Here are some tools to help you participate.

Here is a web page created to help you contact your senators and the minority House Judiciary Committee, all at the same time.

"Declaration of Intent" project to encourage all Senators to contest the Ohio electors.

A petition to encourage Senator Boxer of CA to contest the Ohio electors

A petition to encourage Senator Wyden of OR to contest the Ohio electors

Senator Byrd from W. Virginia is also seen as a potential candidate to contest the electors.

2. Senate Blaster, and other tools
Tell the U.S. Senators you want them to contest the Presidential election!
The U.S. Representatives are ready to do it. All it takes is just one Senator to sign on too! In 2000, not even one would! Let's not let this happen again! Email them all and let them know how you feel!

Constitutional Crisis Jan 6, 2005. Conyers prepared to challenge election. We need to organize donations to get people there that can't afford to pay their way.

4. Senator Boxer's Office
When I called Barbara Boxer's office here in San Francisco, her Aide told me that the Ohio election fiasco was the most called-about concern coming into that office. She said the Senator is well aware of the situation, although she couldn't tell me what if anything Boxer will do. She said to check the Senator's website for updated information.

11. What about Corzine or Lautenberg?
Lautenberg only took over the seat for torricelli, he was retired. He might want to do something big. Corzine is kind of new, don't know if he would rock the boat. How come Kerry won't, is it because he can't.

14. Phone Calls and Meetings
Don't forget to call Senators' offices and/or try to arrange meetings with them or their staff. D.C. offices mostly shut down until after the 1st, but the district offices in home states are open. Ask to speak with the Senator or one of his/her staff and ask if they are considering objecting to the certification of the electoral vote. If you represent a group (or just got big ones), ask for a meeting with the Senator or an aide or staff member. This allows a F2F discussion of the suppression/fraud evidence.
