Voting machine error rates vs demographics of Co. Distribution |
Does anyone remember seeing anything like that on the forum a while ago? I've searched Demopedia...but no luck. I just have this nagging memory that there were higher error prone machines put in Urban areas OH specifically.

3. Undercounts are high in urban precincts; lots on that, Dr. Phillips, etc. |
Richard Phillips had a breakout of where the undercounts were; high in urban precincts; punch cards + urban = lots of undercounts; but note the threads showing the ballot design was intentional to produce this result, and cost Kerry lots of votes; also caused confusion and lost Kerry votes due to poll worker confusion on how to count the confusing ballots.
