9. Illegal actions by Blackwell; why hasn't he been indicted for this?
Rhonda J. Frazier, a former employee of the Ohio Secretary of State's office, has confirmed in an affidavit taken by Cynthia Butler, working with freepress.org, that the Office had secret slush funds. Frazier says it also failed to comply with the requirements of "The Voting Reform Grant" that required all the voting machines in Ohio to be inventoried and tagged for security reasons. "I was routinely told to violate the bid contracts to order supplies from other companies for all 17 Secretary of State offices throughout the State which were cheaper vendors, leaving a cash surplus differential in the budget," Frazier states, "After complaining about the office's repeated practices of violating grants and contracts I was fired."
Blackwell is also accused of other illegal actions. Among other things, in the lead-up to Nov. 2
Blackwell circulated a taped message asking Ohio voters to approve a Constitutional amendment banning gay marriage and abolishing spousal benefits for unmarried partners. That partisan
position on a measure that is his responsibility to officiate in the election appears to be illegal under state law. It also came amid multiple orders from Blackwell to local election officials on how to conduct the actual vote count, including measures that clearly are intended to suppress minority voters.

10. I don't know why he hasn't been indicted. I suspect he WILL be...
eventually. I don't know what the mechanism is... who would issue an indictment. I THINK it would be a Grand Jury. But I don't know how it is handed to a Grand Jury to weigh.

Any lawyers 'round here can help us understand?

5. I love it, and it IS an issue of race, for those who are being dicked
around by this jerk whose ancestors fought so hard for what he is trying his damnedest to undo. May they curse him now.

And is it SICKENING that KKKarl is going around telling his klavern of Republican Grand Dragons (governors) that the reason a**wipe has a Mandate is because he got such a high minority vote.

And it is equally SICKENING that the DNC is saying that the minorities didn't vote, or didn't vote Dem. They are not even standing up to protect their right to vote, and using this "low turnout" or sudden Republicanism as an excuse.

Sorry, but this just burns me up from the party I have supported all my life.

6. I do agree that there IS an issue of race ragrding who has been dicked
I just don't care what color the criminal is.

A lying, cheating, low-down, treasonous criminal is a lying, cheating, low-down, treasonous criminal, and should be prosecuted.

I just don't see the value of this racist image. The people who have been most widely disenfranchised have been chosen because of their color. The color of the cheater does not matter.

7. I agree, but I think the point is that it matters to those of that same
color. A lot maybe. And it gets past the ruse used by the * administration that they have people of color working for them so how could they dare be accused of racism? When in fact, their policies are nothing if not racist--against the human race. And the insidious way this fraud and disenfranchisement thing is working out is the most disgusting kind of racism, because it is so "hidden" as to not be acknowledged.
And this image gets right to the point that * sure as hell didn't get much of a minority vote.

12. I think it does because Blackwell is a former dem whose policies
as secretary of state were to disenfranchise people of color BECAUSE they were likely Kerry supporters. The letters on stolen NAACP letterhead that were mailed to African American households in Ohio telling them to vote on Nov. 3 were a GOP tactic to suppress the minority vote. The provisioanl ballot rule that Blackwell fought so hard for WAS a means to disenfranchise poor and minority voters who move more often. The GOP vote challengers that were stationed at minority precincts in Ohio had Blackwell's blessing. As a Secretary of State, and as a black man Blackwell should have been unequivocally against such tactics. But he's not.
