Can SCJ Moyers be subject to obstruction of Justice charges because he

...apparentlly is NOT acting in much haste to impound the voting machines and other evidence Arnebeck requested in his separate motion on Friday? Moyers may act like the evidence has nothing to do with his case, but it does. Whatever software flipped the Presidential election votes around also very likely affected his. So isn't he already in trouble for letting these few days pass without action?

1. No
There has to be an actual criminal investigation going, which there is not. That charge would have to be brought by the justice department.

Further, judges have a near-complete immunity against lawsuits brought about because of their judicial decisions.
