New poll: Rumsfeld losing public's support. Shrub at 49 percent
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Fifty-two percent of respondents to a new poll think Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld should resign amid recent criticism in Congress over his handling of the war in Iraq.

Thirty-six percent of respondents to the CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll said Rumsfeld should not step down, and the remainder had no opinion. The margin of error for the question was 4.5 percentage points among the 1,002 Americans surveyed by telephone between Friday and Sunday.

As for Bush, 49 percent of respondents said they approved of the job the president is doing. That number is down from his November approval rating of 55 percent. Bush is the first incumbent president to have an approval rating below 50 percent one month after winning re-election. The question had a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.

1. it's funny how he just edged over 50% for just that one month of
November. Did I say funny? I mean, shameful and disgusting.

2. I like what Biden said
On Meet the Press, he said that policy comes from the president, and changing sec. of defense won't change much. That keeps the blame on *, where it belongs.

8. Did anyone see the photo of Bush on Yahoo news?
There's an article about the Iraqi insurgents (Bush says they're having an impact). There was a photo of Bush to the left. That was the worst photo I think I've ever seen of him. His eyes were puffy on the top and on the bottom.

The rest of his face was puffy and swollen. He looked pale. He was wearing a big frown. If anyone wants to laugh, go to Yahoo news and look.

He knows something!!

5. No wonder he is barracading himself behind bleachers
and trying to squelch protesting dissenters by using the USA military as a shield for his 60 million dollar, inaugural obscenity. It is said that Laura and the Bush skanks will be dressed in all glitter for their inaugural gowns. They will indeed be the glittering gadabouts, or the glittering ghouls.

I mean, think of it. His inaugural balls will be attended by the military display as he puts his hand on the Christian bible and swears to uphold the consititution of the US. All the military troops will be standing at attention, as he is sworn in with less than fifty percent of the populace, according to this poll, approving of him.

What the hell is that?

Think of it. He will be, as the war president, as the commander in chief, reviewing TROOPS, during his inauguration.

What the hell is that?
