At Least One Elector Voted Provisionally
This is from the election fraud discussion group over on Yahoo:

Subject: Electoral College update
Importance: High

I received the below from my appointee to California’s Electoral
College delegation Chuck Lowery, a resident of Oceanside and an owner
of a business also located in that city.

In it Chuck indicates that he cast his electoral votes for President
and Vice President with a written statement ON the actual electoral
ballots that his vote was cast provisional upon

"all votes being counted - provisional, absentee, under- and overvotes,
computerized without paper ballots, even getting valid votes from those
turned away illegally, intimidated, discouraged by incredibly long
waits, etc."

Twice unelected “Vice President” Dick Cheney acting as President of the
Senate will, on January 6th, have to personally rule upon whether
Chuck’s Electoral College votes being so annotated, can be counted. Of
course, the intent here is to bring the massive election fraud that
occurred on Nov. 2nd 2004 to the attention of the entire American
population, as well as to the attention of the people of the world. In
the context of the controversy that Chuck’s vote will cause we are
working to get at least one Senator to sign on with the Congressional
Black Caucus formal challenge to the validity of the election at that
time. Under the Electoral Count act of 1887 Congress will then be
required to suspend the counting of the Electoral College votes, and
convene for the purpose of holding hearings investigating the charges
of vote theft lodged by the complaining Representatives and Senator(s).
Meaning that Bush’s fraudulently obtained “election” (see my
documentation appended below) will not occur on January 6th. Given the
evidence that has been amassed, we can hope that this illegal
“election” will never occur.

2. I know its a powerful statement
but does voting provisionally do anything else?

3. But does that mean he just invalidated one more Kerry electoral vote??
At first glance, this sounds great, but then I read the part about Cheney deciding whether his vote counts. It sounds like he can just throw it out.

Getting confused again.

4. OMG I saw Chuck Lowry at the CA protest
He spoke last Sunday and Monday at the rallies in Sac. He totally rocked. He was pushing the Boxer petition big time. He was funny as hell, wearing "Some Village in Texas is Missing its Idiot" t-shirt. He explained in great detail what the electoral process was and what they were expected to do. Then he made a very strange statement. He said something along the lines of that is not necessarily what will happen

I had no idea what he was alluding to. I guess this was it. What the electors across the country have done is, in their own way, brought to light the dissension with what is going on. My hat is off to him.
