Just because they staged something to make us think Triad is nothing, I'd say Arnbebeck is still on their trail. The staged event provided one explanation. Anyone who leaves it at that isn't looking deep enough. It may come to be that Triad is a dead end and it was all an honest mistake but I think we're far from that point.

The world is bigger than DU. I doubt that Arnebeck's team could care-less what was said here.

I disagree. There are some very resourceful people here!
And I am sure they care about the money that comes to them from DUers.

I am saying that the lack of interest in the one real smoking gun issue- the only one that Kerry himself wants investigated-was virtually obscured and/or ignored on the eve of the hearing.
We were too busy trying to get "stealthy" tape recorders to someone who manages to nearly get her crew arrested, while we could have been petitioning a REAL media person to cover the hearing.
I am not sure the meeting was allowed to be covered, and i blame myself for not posting that very question. But then again, I was distracted reading the thousands of replies regarding Bev Harris and Katrina and debating whether or not to send Katrina tape recorders.

7. I second that, zapped 1

I've been saying we can't take our eyes off the ball, that while Katrina is part of the story she is not THE story. If we cannot stay focused on making sure Mr. Arnebeck's lawsuit has all the support necessary, including media attention, then it doesn't matter what Katrina's story is, it will slip into oblivion, along with everything else.

OTOH, if Mr. Arnebeck prevails, then Katrina's situation will be part of a larger picture and then the focus will become more directed upon her as a person of interest. She may well find that she has a lot more attention than she could ever want.

As for Bev, she is a clear example of the voice of the personality drowning out the message of the cause.
