Acceptance of Election Fraud: 'Morally Treasonable' |
|
Edited on Tue Dec-21-04 02:08 PM by truthpusher
Theodore Roosevelt:
"Therefore it is absolutely necessary that there should be full liberty to tell the truth about his (the Presidents) acts, and this means that it is exactly necessary to blame him when he does wrong as to praise him when he does right. Any other attitude in an American citizen is both base and servile. To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public. Nothing but the truth should be spoken about him or any one else. But it is even more important to tell the truth, pleasant or unpleasant, about him than about any one else."
"Roosevelt in the Kansas City Star" May 7, 1918

1. Correct; and any US Senator that does not stand and challenge... |
|
...., on 6 Jan 2005, the national election process of 2004 is an enemy of our Constitution and our American franchise of democracy.
It's just that simple.
Peace.

7. They will again in 2004... |
|
...We could have video of * selling his soul to the Devil...and the apathetic masses would still look the other way. Our only hope is that there is a wave of morality that washes over our leaders...far fetched, but it can happen. It is our job to remind our leaders of their responsibility.

I don't know who's worse, the American masses or their dubious leaders. You know, the ones who 'report for duty' just to cave in 12 hours later.

14. 99% of Americans did. |
|
Some might have bitched behind their computers, but by not doing much more than that, they were accepting the Bush fraud.

17. I cannot accept Election Fraud...AGAIN! I will not accept it. No |
|
way, no how! I just can't "go on" with this lying, cheating evil * in the White House. I am so sickened by this event. I am changed in a very deep and profound way. It's a life shock. It's huge. The fact that life in America as I knew it is being eroded vastly right in front of my eyes, it's horrifying. I am outraged that people are going on with their lives. "Yeah, I believe he cheated but there's nothing we can do about it" or "it's not going to change, he's there for four more years." The hell he is! I cannot take four more years of this evil, evil man.
Someone wise once said, "To sin by silence when we should protest, makes cowards of us all." How Americans can be so selfish, so self-centered and stupid that they continue to rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic of our country is beyond me...it's DISGRACEFUL!
That is not who were are. That is not where we come from. We are Patriots. We are fighters, well, some of us still are.

I understand the depth of your disgust with the direction the country, our government and nearly half of the American people are taking. It is terrifying to see the average American citizen, who used to be middle-class, vote against his own self-interests, for indefinable reasons. "Because Rush said so?"

|
is right. I am so disgusted by what is happening in our country, others are too it's not like I am alone but it's repulsive to see everything you thought sacred to be ruined by ignorance and pure evil. What's the matter with us? Have we lost our minds? Where is the decency? Our humanity? I mean, I am not so naive that I believe the USA does only good or that justice always prevails or that corruption and fraud don't exist but, come on, we have gone overboard. So much of the corruption and evil is connected to the * family too. To me, we are living in something similar to Nazi Germany...a terrifying proposition. What the hell happened to us?

21. Here's how I 'framed it' for the MoveOn folk....they asked for it... |
|
...they got it. Wanted a brief message to the members of the 109th US Congress. Obliginly, here is my message to each member:
WE HAVE NO ELECTION.
YOU ARE A TRAITOR IF YOU DO NOT HALT, INVESTIGATE AND SUPPORT A RE-VOTE.
WE WILL BE WATCHING YOU ON 6 JAN 2005.
WE WILL NEVER FORGET WHAT YOU DO.
