9.  check the counties in your state for fraud patterns using the EIRS cases
People should go through the EIRS incidence report data in their state and swing states for fraud patterns similar to the default to Bush, and other default patterns seen in RH Phillips Ohio Mahoning County study, http://northnet.org/minstel/alpage.htm Youngstown
and the Florida and New Mexico studies http://www.flcv.com/fraudpat.html

You can find the EIRS data and votersunite.org indidence cases for your area at
http://www.voteprotect.org

and http://www.votersunite.org

go to their indcidents reports section

review or do searches through the cases for indications of fraud patterns

2. I have one.
Have yet to see this through and am not clever enough to do it on my own, it would seem.

I would like to investigate if some optiscan machines were setup with default votes that then counted undervotes as bush votes.

IT seems to me that this is EXACLTY what we saw in the fairfield county hand count where a machine counted two undervotes as bush votes.

5. DU link: "Every NM precinct with opti-scan machines gave more votes "
Edited on Wed Dec-22-04 05:03 AM by Lil
There is some discussion in it about "defaulting" to Bush.
(edit - I now see your post on that thread - so that is not new to you. Sorry. I will leave this for anyone else who might be interested)

Every NM precinct with opti-scan machines gave more votes to Bush!

Kerry just lost by 6000 votes in that state! Just heard this tidbit on the Laura Flanders Show.

Why oh why can't we get those machines confiscated and pried open?

Thanks for asking this question. I want to know the answer to this too. I know that Conyers is focusing on Ohio, But the Florida fraud is glaring too.

10. Sue any state without a voter-verified paper trail and audit law to use it
Edited on Sun Dec-26-04 09:52 PM by Bill Bored
I'm planning to start a new thread about this, but the whole idea is to put the onus on the states to prove that all votes are counted as cast, with reasonable certainty. With the proprietary source code, etc. they can't prove diddly, so there must be a legal remedy involving neither election contests, recounts based on narrow margins of victory, nor any other half-assed solutions. These remedies offer too little too late and neither detect nor prevent election fraud from occurring in the first place.
