do we have an official repsonse from TV Networks to Conyers?

All I can find is that someone heard on NPR this morning that they rejected his request for exit poll data. But I can't find the audio on NPR and I can't find any documentation.

If anyone has this please let me know. I'm writing an article about it and I need documentation.
