New Media Comm. - Have we looked into these guys yet?
A post asking for a connection between Datamaxx and Triad led me on a hunt to find a link. In my searching I ran across New Media Communications.

The lead story on these guys is the fact that every candidate they backed won thier election. "Every client who turned to us for online strategy and Internet solutions came out a winner," NMC President Mike Connell said.
http://www.technomania.com/News.asp?Type=latestnews&FormMode=Detail&ID=111

The company sets up and hosts internet sites for candidates to include:

http://www.kenblackwell.com/

and

{clipped from site}
Most notable was the Bush/Cheney '04 Presidential campaign. President Bush won 51.1% of the popular vote, enabling him to start off his second term with a mandate. Bush was the first U.S. President to garner a majority of the popular vote since his father did the same in 1988. He earned a record breaking 58.9 million votes -- more than any other U.S. President .

In his South Dakota Senate race, former Congressman John Thune scored an upset over current Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle in the most expensive Senate race in history. This marked the first time since 1952 that a seated Senate leader has been defeated in a re-election bid.

David Vitter made history as the first Republican to earn a Senate seat in Louisiana since Reconstruction. He gathered a decisive 51.6% of the votes in an unusual three-way "open primary," thereby avoiding a runoff election.

In Ohio, Senator George Voinovich won a second term with a comfortable 63.9% of the votes.

Seven congressional seats went to Republicans whose websites and electronic communications campaigns were created by New Media. Far from shoe-ins, many of these pivotal races were highly competitive to historic proportions:

Minnesota's Mark Kennedy emerged the victor after weathering fierce and blatant attacks from Michael Moore in "Fahrenheit 911."

Geoff Davis of Kentucky faced down Nick Clooney, a former television host, whose campaign was heavily supported by friends of Clooney's son, Hollywood actor George Clooney.

Robert Simmons and Heather Wilson won hotly contested battles in Connecticut and New Mexico, respectively.

Joe Barton of Texas, Mike Turner of Ohio, and Kenny Hulshof of Missouri, rounded out the list of successful candidates who turned to NMC for Internet identity solutions.

In addition to its work for specific candidates, New Media created a number of electronic communications tools for the National Rifle Association, the Republican National Committee and the Ohio Republican Party. The efforts of these groups made a difference in strategic arenas all across the country. New Media also worked for two grassroots groups in Michigan and Ohio to successfully defend traditional marriage. These ballot initiatives to reaffirm the definition of marriage (as the union between one man and one woman) won by a wide margin in both states.

"We have really been blessed in this election cycle," Connell said. "This important string of victories for our clients is nothing short of phenomenal."

They also own another site http://www.govtechsolutions.com/about.asp

They use http://smartechcorp.net/index.php to host the sites

Now Connell has been in bed with the Republicans for quite some time.

"Connell's company has a good reputation among GOP strategists because the former Capitol Hill staffer -- he worked on the elder President Bush's campaign in Iowa in 1988 -- understands politics and technology.

New Media, which started in 1994, designed Bush's site for his 2000 campaign after running a Web site for Florida Gov. Jeb Bush in 1998. It also has won awards for sites created for New York Mayor Michael
Bloomberg, Sen. Elizabeth Dole, R-N.C., and Ohio Gov. Bob Taft.

GovTech Solutions, a spinoff from New Media Communications, was created in 2000 to produce sites for federal lawmakers and agencies. Its clients include 27 members of Congress from House Majority Leader Tom DeLay to Ohio Reps. Bob Ney and Dave Hobson."
http://www.technomania.com/News.asp?Type=latestnews&FormMode=Detail&ID=114

Now a bit on GovTech which is the same company, they simply service government offices such as

Lamar Smith created for Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX)

Results.gov created for The Council for Excellence in Government for The White House

Election.sos.state.oh.us created for Ohio Secretarty of State Kenneth Blackwell's Election Night Project

Jim Talent created for Sen. Jim Talent (R-MO)

Our Hill Clients Include
U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee
Ways and Means Committee
Majority Leader Tom DeLay
Majority Whip Roy Blunt
Congressman Cass Ballenger
Congressman Joe Barton
Congresswoman Judy Biggert
Congressman John Boehner

Congresswoman Melissa Hart
Congressman Johnny Isakson

Office of Rep. David Hobson

Bush's e-Campaign Manager is Chuck DeFeo and he and Collins were in constant contact.

"Mr. Connell said he communicates constantly with the Bush campaign, chiefly through Chuck DeFeo, Mr. Bush's electronic campaign manager. Mr. Connell was reluctant to discuss whether he communicates often with Karl Rove, Mr. Bush's top strategist, but said, "Good ideas will go as high as they have to to get approval." He said he has met the president but has not talked much with him.
http://www.technomania.com/News.asp?Type=latestnews&FormMode=Detail&ID=109

Now Mary Kross is either the owner of both Govtech solutions and New Media or she is the lead administrator. My guess is she is the owner but there is no mention of her in any of the sites and no mention of who the owner of GovTech really is.

The only site that I can find that mentions Mary Kross is a site from 1999 where Network Solutions, the Domain name registrar was seeking Tentative Agreements among ICANN, the US Dept of Commerce, and Network Solutions, though I am unsure as to what the agreements are. Someone named MAry Kross came out in favor of the agreement but there is no posting that remains on the site.
http://forum.icann.org/agreements/

I have no idea if any of this information has anything to do with the election fraud but I though it may help as it seems odd that this company would be lucky enough to have 100% success rate in this election cycle. Maybe you guys can put them under your microscope for a moment and see if there are any connection between them and Triad, ES&S, Diebold or any of the other companies that have popped up on radar.

Sincerely,
Michael Lewis

2. Talent eh?......
I found it quite strange that he was able to beat a very popular Jean Carnahan a couple of years back.

There's a lot of strange results in Missouri in the 2002 and 2004 elections.

BTW, our (MO) Governor-elect right now is the Secretary of State. Blackwell Jr.

Oh and this governor elect had 1 single two-year term in the State House and 1 term as the SoS. Yet this guy manages to wiggle his way into the governership. And one more thing... he's my age (32).

6. I'm not sure - They're definitely in bed, deep and would have the skills
but they only have 17 people working for them.

"The company currently has 17 employees, down from 41 in 2000, just before the dot-com crash. Mr. Connell said he was caught up in the excitement of the Internet boom, but since then has made a conscious decision to become a boutique firm."

http://technomania.com/News.asp?Type=latestnews&FormMode=Detail&ID=109

My take on them is that they run the strategy and design and Smartechgroup runs the sites.

http://smartechcorp.net/index.php?page=news&sub=story&id=68

This could be a loose organization of businesses working closely together. I would like to find out if they had contact with any of the vote counting companies. I haven't found a link yet but I'm still looking.

...........good find.....if there is a tie-in to the voting machine companies this could be rather large....sounds like a tight lil community of programmers there.....it would be interesting to check out some employee histories to see if there is some bio-pumping similar to Shaun Southworths illustrious employment history.....6 or 7 jobs all performing the same duties at 6 or 7 companies that received contracts for software accredidation.....geesh I'm beginning to believe that the bastards all eat dinner at the same table....

11. Guilt by association? I'm not quite there yet...
I would like to find out more about these guys but so far there is nothing to suggest a conspiracy other than who they "lie" with.

Here's the question that comes to my mind about these guys.

They are a small company of 17 employees.

They have numerous clients including a Presidential campaign and the RNC.

How did they manage to keep up with all of the work? Thier site was jam packed with information and was updated constantly, I know, I was a Bush supporter. I frequently went to the site and it was definitely up to date. Sometimes the information would get up dated hourly. Not only that but the e-mail campaign was furious. They also had to interact with hundreds and maybe thousands of sites that supported and informed others about updates and changes.

Now they have stated that the most advantageous aspect of thier service is the database of people who visit thier site and the fact that once they are registered they tend to do more and contribute more than the average Joe. This makes sense but do you realize how much work is involved in a campaign of this nature? Quite a bit more than 17 people can offer. So if it is unlikely that 17 people can run, who ran this campaign and what is the true role of New Media?

12. You are asking some good questions.....
.....The downsizing in 2000 appears to be timely in as much as their groundwork began in 94( they certainly knew that business would be booming shortly for a "boutique" computer service).....I agree with the lying w/ dogs statement in that it does not imply coercion however again I'm reminded of Shaun Southworth and his facilitated employment.....this topic needs further airing.....

"As world leaders were getting ready for the G8 Summit in Sea Island, Georgia, Summit leaders were working behind the scenes to get their message out to the world. They tapped GovTech Solutions to help them with that task. Their new Web site, www.g8usa.gov, was launched today, culminating three months of programming and design."

14. There is probably a metric somewhere ---
At one point I was trying to figure out if a firm in an industry was taking in more money than one would expect -- I compared it to firms in the same industry in the same town, and did a comparison of revenue divided by no. of employees. Sure enough, they were taking in 40% more per employee. And yes, that was the travel agency owned by Ken Lay's sister.

Just an idea here, but if a company is RAKING in bucks hand over fist above their competitors, especially when you look at a company with few employees, it may be because of connections or something shady, rather than just their um, talent. It may also be a front -- an office set up to deflect questions, and shield the real guts of the organization which are elsewhere under another name.

Or, hey, maybe it's just some real, real talented people.

But, it's worth some more looking. For sure.

13. Here is the OWNER--Frank Donatelli's WIFE
Edited on Tue Dec-28-04 01:46 AM by Carolab
R. Rebecca Donatelli is a partner of Mike Connell. They formed Connell Donatelli in August, 2004.

Meet the Partners
Mike Connell and Becki Donatelli are two of the most trusted names in online politics.

Connell started New Media Communications after leaving Capitol Hill almost ten years ago. Since that time, he built his fledgling web design and Internet strategy shop into one of the most respected assets in Republican politics. Today, his firm operates as the defacto "Bell Labs" of the Republican Party, developing new technologies and electronic tools with an uncanny ability to deliver results. The company excels at creative problem solving and client service.

Donatelli, founder of Campaign Solutions, a Washington D.C.-based e-communications firm, has an equally impressive track record of success. Named one of the 12 most powerful women in direct response marketing, Donatelli has built one of the top political web design and online fundraising firms in the country. The firm focuses on translating proven “old-media systems” into new technologies that help to transform potential supporters into activists, and activists into donors and volunteers.

Their expertise and niche dominance is complementary. New Media's expertise lies in political strategy, advanced programming and high-end functionality while Campaign Solutions is phenomenally successful at fundraising and making online applications accessible to all audiences. Both firms feature exceptional design and are known for their breakthrough work.

While maintaining their individual website development companies, Connell and Donatelli have joined forces in this new venture giving political and public affairs clients an edge in the emerging arena of interactive marketing. The firm is poised to connect your message with a variety of unique online audiences, from tech-sophisticated young professionals to senior activists to middle-aged women, or any group in between.

Claims to Fame

Proven success and groundbreaking initiatives are part of the fabric of Connell Donatelli. No other single firm is better prepared to deliver your message. Here are just a few of the many Connell and Donatelli "claims to fame."

Donatelli's firm ran a campaign hailed by many as the breakthrough moment in online fundraising for John McCain during his bid for the Presidency in 2000. The effort proved to the world the viability of soliciting campaign contributions from grassroots supporters online.
Internationally known for their work in Central and Eastern Europe, Connell's New Media once again made political history with the groundbreaking get-out-the-vote effort in Slovenia in October 2000. His company was first to use the Short Message Service (SMS) to send text message reminders to the cell phones of young voters, dramatically increasing turnout at the polls. The technique worked so well that it's become common practice in every major Western European election since.

Donatelli's Campaign Solutions again broke new ground when it created a successful viral marketing campaign to help a Republican Senator keep his Party's nomination in a hotly contested Primary race. The firm successfully appended email addresses to the state voter files and micro-targeted the site directly to GOP primary voters.
Connell's company pioneered the first interactive online advertising for the George W. Bush Presidential Campaign in 2000. Ahead of the curve, interactive advertising is just now being embraced by corporate America. Political America is beginning to follow suit in this election cycle.

R. Rebecca Donatelli is the President of Campaign Solutions and eDonation.com, as well as Chairman of Connell Donatelli, Inc.

Becki Donatelli was the lead Internet consultant to the McCain for President campaign, and as such directed the successful fundraising campaign that brought the Internet into the forefront of political consulting. The first political consulting firm to raise political donations online, the firm now represents Bush Cheney ’04, the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee and a host of Senate, House and gubernatorial campaigns. Campaign Solutions has designed and managed the face of this year’s Republican National Convention.

The firm was awarded twelve Pollie Awards for work during the 2002 election cycle. These included:

First Place, Best Overall Internet Campaign: NY Governor George Pataki
First Place, Best Use of a Website for Fundraising: NRCC
First Place, Senate Website: Arkansas Senator Tim Hutchinson
First Place, Best Local/Municipal Campaign: Tempe Mayor Neil Giuliano
First Place Tie, Best Governor Website: Schundler for Governor, primary
Mrs. Donatelli brings three decades of successful small business ownership and experience serving as a managing partner of WJD Associates. She was a founding director of The George Washington National Bank, later serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors and also Chairman of the bank holding company. She presently serves as a regional director of BB& T Bank. In 1996 she was honored by the Chamber of Commerce as the Business Leader of the Year.
Mrs. Donatelli began her political career with the national staff of the original Citizens for Reagan in 1976. She has raised money and offered political strategy and advice on races from the local city council to the presidency.

Mrs. Donatelli's not for profit fundraising skills were honed during her three year tenure as the Chairman of the Golden Circle Board for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, as a director of Capital City Opera and President of the Mt. Vernon Children's Theatre. Her fundraising background was essential to the planning and execution of the software development process that brought Edonation.com to the market. She was recently named one of the top 12 most powerful women in direct response marketing by The Non Profit Times.

She is a recognized authority on Internet fundraising, has lectured at Yale, Johns Hopkins, American University and GWU among others. She is a contributing author for George Washington University’s Institute for Politics Democracy and the Internet book The Political Consultant’s Online Fundraising Primer.

Mrs. Donatelli was appointed to the board of advisors for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority by then Governor George Allen and the President's Advisory Committee on the Arts by President George Bush. She presently serves as a Director of the American Association of Political Consultants.

Becki Donatelli, a native of California, is a 1975 graduate of the University of Southern California with a BA in LAS/ Intern ational Relations. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband Frank Donatelli. Their daughter Elizabeth is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California.

79. More about Meese and his connections to Earl Brian (Promis & Hadron)

This will freak you out. Meese is an old close personal friend of Dr. Earl Brian, who was also in the Reagan administration. Brian pressured the developer of Promis, a company called Inslaw, to sell the software to his company, Hadron, before the Department of Justice just out and out stole Promis. Hadron is now involved in biowarfare/eugenics programs.

(and a member of the Council For National Policy)

http://www.beliefnet.com/story/15/story_1590_1.html

Read how Falwell got him involved and how his direct mail campaign made * the boy king. They mailed out registrations through churches. It makes me wonder how many of these people voted that they signed up and how many didn't. Using that cell phone/text messaging system of theirs to remind voters to vote or asking them whether or not they did, one wonders whether some of these people they registered "proxy voted"? Hmmm??

Falwell describes "how they did it":

"In an interview Friday, Falwell told Beliefnet he will raise between $10 million and $15 million to send direct mail to "several million" homes between now and Election Day, hoping to persuade conservatives to register and vote. The effort, called People of Faith 2000, will include using his network of 200,000 ministers and Christian leaders and a direct-mail campaign to sign up new voters.

He's shooting for 10 million registered voters--and, he hopes, a victory for Texas Gov. George W. Bush.

The effort--he says it will not be a formal, permanent organization--will begin with sending information packets to Christian leaders who subscribe to Falwell publications or otherwise support the ministry. The packets include voter registration applications to be handed out during worship services, then collected by ushers. Church leaders will ferry the filled-out applications to their local registrar's office.

The direct mail campaign will include much of the same information--except that it will include an envelope for the recipient to mail the registration application back to Falwell headquarters. They will then ship the information to local registrars.

"A farm lady in Iowa doesn't have to look for her registrar. All she's got to do is fill in the form. We do the rest," he said.

Falwell's people also plan to send out pledge cards for newly registered voters to sign, promising they'll vote in the Presidential election. About three weeks before the election, People of Faith 2000 will mount a massive phone-calling campaign to remind the new troops to vote."

Now, think about this and then read what Andy says below about signatures not "matching". What if these people didn't actually vote, but then someone used their pledge cards and voted for them? They could fake the signatures from the pledge cards and then they could use the pledge cards as a form of "proof" that the person voted (even if they didn't).

If I could sleep with anyone in history: " Mary Magdalene would be interesting, but I can't get a good sense of what she looks like. It was before the era of television. The Bible says she was a woman of questionable morals, and one assumes she was in demand for a reason. But it is a good, uplifting story at the end."

68. More info on Frank Donatelli - Is he the man behind the screen?
"Mr. Donatelli is a partner in the law firm; and a senior vice president in McGuireWoods Consulting, serving as director of the Federal Public Affairs Department. His previous appointments include serving as an assistant to President Reagan for political and intergovernmental affairs, and as deputy assistant to the president for public liaison at the White House. He served on White House Chief of Staff James Baker's team that negotiated presidential debates in early 1984, and ran Baker's 1978 campaign for attorney general of Texas. He also assisted Baker in the 2000 Florida recount on behalf of the Bush-Cheney team. Mr. Donatelli was also a senior advisor to Bob Dole in 1996, and previously worked in the presidential campaigns of Presidents George Bush and Ronald Reagan.

Mr. Donatelli hosts a nationally syndicated radio show called Talking Politics; has appeared on numerous public affairs programs on MSNBC, Fox News and CNN; and is a noted writer whose articles have been printed in the Washington Post, the Washington Times and the New York Daily News.

Previously, he was a partner in the Washington office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP where his practice focused on legislative issues, including appropriations and general commerce matters. He also represents professional sports leagues on a number of legislative issues."

Now according to this, a lawyer who was directly linked to the 2000 fiasco is also linked to the campaign via his wife.

APCO: Lobbying tobacco, big oil, "junk science".

This guy is also connected to The Washington Times

APCO president Margery Kraus is a real work of art.

APCO Creates Iraq Reconstruction Task Force

Washington, D.C. (May 20, 2003) — An Iraq Reconstruction Task Force, to help existing and potential clients navigate the complicated bureaucratic terrain of contracts and subcontracts from the United States government to rebuild Iraq, was named today by APCO Worldwide, announced Margery Kraus, president and CEO of APCO.

Given the expertise of APCO consultants in Middle East affairs and with the key U.S. government agencies involved in the contracting process, including the Agency for International Development (AID) and the Defense Department, APCO is well positioned to help identify contract opportunities, navigate the complex award process both in Washington and in Baghdad, and position clients with major contracting parties and the U.S. government's key appointees in Baghdad.

Former U.S. Ambassador to Morocco Marc Ginsberg, who has extensive public and private sector contract experience in the Middle East, is coordinating APCO's team. He is currently a senior vice president of APCO and heads its affiliate company Northstar Equity Group, which provides strategic business advice to U.S. and foreign companies operating throughout the Middle East.

Marg:
http://www.apcoworldwide.com/content/bios/kraus_m.cfm

Also, Margery's involved with MENATEP:

What's MENATEP?

KHODORKOVSKY AS A STICK

There are two related parts to APCO's lobbying campaign in the United States. The first is to re-brand the most odious Oligarch into a political prisoner, a champion of democracy and free market enterprise. This has, in large part, succeeded. The Wall Street Journal howled over his arrest, calling Khodorkovsky "Russia's richest oligarch who was cleaning up his act." The International Herald Tribune read directly from the APCO script, stating that Yukos "stood out among Russian businesses in its striving toward Western ideals of financial transparency." And good corporate governance.

Together with business media, a number of American politicians have lined up to condemn Khodorkovsky's arrest and - this is the second part of the campaign - demand swift retribution against the totalitarian Russian state which has jailed him. Tom Lantos, John McCain, Conrad Burns and a number of other Washington heavyweights have introduced measures in Congress calling for Khodorkovsky's release and retaliation against Russia.

This, too, is probably an APCO operation. How do we know? Because APCO carried out an identical campaign just three years ago on behalf of Khodorkovsky's fellow Oligarch, Vladimir Gusinsky.

Back in 2001, after Gusinsky's brief imprisonment and then exile, Lantos introduced a measure in Congress which would call for Russia to be expelled from Group of Eight (G-8) summit of industrial nations. APCO's role in the affair was revealed by Moscow investigative reporter Aleksandr Budberg.

This time, it's McCain and Khodorkovsky's fellow financier George Soros who are leading the charge. McCain duly released a lengthy statement which, while admitting that Khodorkovsky had some warts, stated that his arrest by the Russian authorities was so dastardly that "Russia should have no place at the next G-8 summit." Soros, in the meantime, told a Harvard symposium on the Russian economy last November, after Khodorkovsky's arrest, that "The G-8 is supposed to be a democratic organization, but it is becoming questionable whether Russia qualifies for it." Per the St. Petersburg Times' account of the event, Soros was clearly on-message, calling Khodorkovsky "the most enlightened" Oligarch, and "praising him for building a transparent company with good corporate governance practices."

(LOTS MORE)http://www.diacritica.com/sobaka/2004/americanoligarch.html

Note Soros' involvement here, then read:

http://www.techcentralstation.com/121503D.html

A wealthy corporate titan undermines and criticizes a vast nation's president. The president grows ever more tired of the stinging dissent, and ultimately cracks down, jailing the offender and causing the nation's fragile stock market to crash.

Vladimir Putin repressing Yukos oil executive Mikhail Khodorkovsky? Yes, but this could also be President George Bush repressing wealthy tycoon George Soros -- who has made it known that he wants to defeat President Bush in 2004 -- in not so many years. All of this is thanks to a shameful decision last week by Sandra Day O'Connor and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Extreme? Absolutely. But the two cases bear comparison, not because Bush would ever do something like this, but because he could, thanks to the Court's justice-is-blind ratification of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act (BCRA) regulating free speech.

Which brings us back to Russia. When Putin imprisoned Khodorkovsky, he was trampling the rule of law, acting as legislator and judge as well as policeman. It caused enormous fallout in Russia's financial market, backing once again Adam Smith's prediction in the Wealth of Nations that a threat to republican government would cause Dutch merchants to "remove both their residence and their capital to some other country." (Smith also termed the politician an "insidious and crafty animal.")

Putin's precedent is the problem, though, not just the financial fallout. Last week, in a little noticed blurb, Mother Russia's crazed would-be dictator Vladimir Zhirinovsky, having just doubled his share of the vote in last Sunday's Duma elections, announced he was running for president. Think of that and read Ariel Cohen's recent piece on Russia's recent elections, which notes Zhirinovsky's call to halt discussion of Chechnya in the media, instead "using death squads to kill off entire Chechen villages."

Now, remember "we" backed Yushchenko.

Now there is a sale of Yukos Oil on 12/24/04 to Rosneft, a state-owned entity. Rosneft acquired Yukos’ Yuganskneftegaz unit from Baikal Finance Group, an unknown shell company that won an auction ordered by the government to collect back taxes from Yukos. Khordokovsky is still in jail.

http://www.mosnews.com/news/2004/12/24/yukosdismay.shtml

And:
The Menatep group, which holds the majority of the stock in embattled Yukos, said that the Sunday auctioning of Yuganskneftegaz, the company’s chief production asset, is an outright violation of Russian and international law.

“We believe that Baikal Finance Group was nothing but a cover for the Russian government,” a Menatep press release said. It added that the announcement that Rosneft — a major state company — bought BFG only confirmed its suspicions.

The group added that while the government’s actions were not surprising “given the political course,” it was disappointed by what it called a “cold reaction” from governments in the West.

It also alleged that the Yukos assets had been “stolen” by the Russian government.

And:

Deutsche Bank filed a motion with a Houston federal court Tuesday afternoon to dismiss Yukos’ claim for bankruptcy protection.

17. 100 % is pretty amazing for anyone... we need to look closer.
I'd like to see some kind of internal audit of their fundraising efforts, and their list of major contributors.

Their connection to Blackwell is what intrigues me. If they're on the cutting edge of developing systems which produce results, what could be more attractive than a fixed election? Guaranteed, 100 % results.

And I'm tin-foilly anyways, so here goes: what about their location in Alexandria, VA? Close enough to CIA to have an impact? It sure would explain all that "work" being done by 17 devoted employees.

This is from the DailyKos
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2004/10/1/185748/155

The campaign of Democratic congressional candidate Virginia "Ginny" Schrader said today it is bolstering its computer system after a failed hacking incident earlier this week.
The FBI confirmed that it is checking out whether Wednesday's alleged breach into a computer with fund-raising and polling data came from Campaign Solutions, a Virginia-based Republican political consulting firm with deep involvement in GOP races all over the country.

"We have been made aware of the incident, and we are looking into it," said Jerri Williams, special agent and spokeswoman for the FBI in Philadelphia.

Campaign Solutions today denied any involvement in the incident.

This is from the first article on that post...
http://www.philly.com/mld/philly/news/breaking_news/9813230.htm?1c
Brian Smoot, Schrader's campaign manager in the Eighth Congressional District race against Republican Michael G. Fitzpatrick, said the FBI told him that there were a "few knocks at the door," but nothing was seen or obtained. The district covers Bucks County and parts of Montgomery County and Philadelphia.

Smoot said an anti-virus firewall installed on one of the computers indicated the attempted breach came from Campaign Solutions, which helps GOP candidates build Web sites, raise funds and issue direct-mailers.

35. I just read this article... They said that the alarm wasn't set
That's BS. they can find out if the alarm was set, there is an internal log called opening and closing reports. I install these for a living, I know. Also, the keypad starts beeping when you activate, there's no doubt it is coming on. The fact that the system wasn't dismantled says that the intruder had the code to disarm. Guardian Alarm uses a variation of the Vista 20 in commercial applications made by Ademco ( www.ademco.com ) They always set it up for audible exit, they order it preprogrammed to make the sound when the system is armed. There is no mistaking that your system is arming. This system had to have been disarmed by someone who knew the code. There is no other way to turn them off, believe me.

http://www.toledoblade.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2004410130378
Meanwhile, activities at Democratic headquarters, usually in a frenzy just three weeks before the election, were temporarily stalled yesterday. Volunteers had left the building about 11 p.m. Monday, believing they had set the alarm, officials said.

But another worker may have unintentionally interrupted a beam from a motion sensor, preventing the alarm's activation, Mr. Chabler said. The crime was discovered about 7 a.m.

Guardian Alarm manager Kris Zielinski said she could not discuss a customer's account, but she confirmed that such a situation could occur. Still, the alarm's user would be alerted to the trouble by a light or some other indicator, she said.

So there either had to be a spy on the inside or there had to be surveillance setup on this office, close seurveilance. I also install cameras, you need to have a good camera and be very specific when you are trying to view something like a code entry. Audio won't work, the keypad makes the same tone when you press the buttons. I think if there was surveillance, they would have had to have removed it during the break in because it would be found by the police. Well, maybe not, if they're like the Cleveland Cops, they could be standing right next to a giant friggin camera and never notice it. But most likely, they used HUMINT to find out the code. This is very interesting.

Despite the responses of the other posters, I remain skeptical (it's got to be in the DNA!).

Hmm...who would have the knowledge of how to disable alarms? Who would benefit from such a break-in? And how accurate were the votes in Cleveland?

Keep sniffin, Mike - you're on to something big here.

40. The CIA was definitely operating in Cleveland this summer - here's why
In the skies over Cleveland strange lights have been spotted and military jets are constantly flying over head. Even to this day, they are still there. But the strange lights actually made it onto the WTAM's Mike Trivisano's show.

http://www.wtam.com/triv/index.html

Now, on the day he was reporting these strange lights WTAM went off air 3 seperate times though there was no malfunction of equipment. The technicians swore the equipment was broadcasting but no signal was being transmitted. A person that Mike knows from the "Government" called up and told him that the CIA was blocking his station and was debating on whether or not to allow him to continue broadcasting this issue. The decision was obviously made to continue the broadcast. The broadcast centered around the North Olmstead Police photographing strange lights in the sky.

These are images from a police officer, they have not been reported since this day

These are the military planes which are still over my city today

Now either this was aliens or this is some sort of military device is still unknown. What is known for sure is that the CIA stopped a broadcast of a radio station on 3 seperate occasions on this day and you can call Mike at 216-578-1111 and ask him to verify.

87. This wasn't northern lights to my knowledge
the descriptions on Triv's page describe a small flying object that hovered over the house, darting to and fro and then took off soon after, military jets were all over the area. I have no idea what it was but the jets haven't left yet. Whenever the sky is clear you can see them flying over head.

The only reason I brought this up was to show that the CIA was definitely operating in Cleveland before the election. You can verify this by calling trivisano at 216-578-1111. He's on at 3p.m. to 6 p.m.

That Global Justice Information Exchange training that DataMaxx's people attended from 2003-2004? (See the first thread started by Andy on Triad and DataMaxx.

There were Northrop Grumman people there too...as well as FBI and SAIC, in addition to the other companies from Ohio.

And so I found this:
CJIS GROUP was founded in June 1998 in Tallahassee, FL. to support agencies and IT companies with criminal justice and public safety domain and subject matter expertise along with custom market research services.

Today, CJIS GROUP has grown to be a leading provider of criminal justice, public safety and homeland security market research and advisory services. The company uses its global advisory network and online research database to deliver valuable market information to the IT industry and government community that supports criminal justice, public safety, emergency management and homeland security IT initiatives.

CJIS GROUP'S online research database saves valuable time and provides research information for the planning, procurement and contracting of information technology systems. The database provides Pre-RFP, RFP and Awarded IT Project reports, grant funding and award information, contact directories, research reporting, corporate profiles, meeting and event tracking, and a comprehensive research link system.

CJIS GROUP'S advisory consulting network and research team delivers domain and subject matter consulting partners, strategic planning, grant writing, training, contact development, proposal support, marketing support services and custom research reporting.

Message from the President - PJ Doyle
Retiring after a 27-year career in state and local government, I have worked the past 6 years in the private sector with industry leaders such as Datamaxx, Northrop Grumman, Cisco Systems, Harris Corporation, Deloitte and Touche, Lockheed Martin and many others. From buyer to seller from business development manager to CEO, my experience has taught me how much time and money is spent on gathering the right information and meeting the right people to be successful in the Criminal Justice community. My experiences also demonstrated a need for a partnership of technologist and subject matter experts to create the winning team.

In response to these observations, CJIS GROUP was founded and has blossomed into a full service consulting and research firm that provides critical information, consulting services, custom research and database tools. These services provide the insight for industry leaders to increase their existing market share or expand their product lines into the criminal justice marketplace. Our outstanding team of subject matter experts will supplement your existing efforts. By decreasing the amount of time and money you currently spend searching for information and people, your organization will maintain a sharper and more focused vision on being successful instead of chasing information!

A bit coincidental, since space exploration is such a priority to *. May be a cousin.

Timothy W. Hannemann to Retire as Head of Space Technology Sector

Wesley G. Bush to Succeed Hannemann

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 13, 2002 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) today announced the appointments of two presidents to lead two new operating sectors created from the company's acquisition of TRW, Inc.

Donald C. Winter, 54, has been named a corporate vice president and president of the Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector, formerly TRW Systems, where he served as president and chief executive officer. Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, with expected 2003 revenues of $3.9 billion, employs approximately 16,000 people and is headquartered in Reston, Va.

Timothy W. Hannemann, 59, has announced his intention to retire as president of the Northrop Grumman Space Technology sector, formerly TRW Space and Electronics, on Jan. 31, 2003. Effective Feb. 1, 2003, Wesley G. Bush, 41, will become corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman Space Technology. The sector, headquartered in Redondo Beach, Calif., has 2003 estimated revenues of $2.5 billion and employs approximately 8,600 employees.

"We are pleased to have such highly qualified executives to lead our two new operating sectors," said Kent Kresa, Northrop Grumman chairman and chief executive officer. "These two operating sectors join us with tremendous momentum, having won several large contracts in the past few months."

Commenting on Tim Hannemann, Northrop Grumman President and Chief Operating Officer Ronald D. Sugar said, "Over the past 33 years Tim has made remarkable contributions to TRW and is a recognized leader in the national security and civilian space industry. He has superbly positioned TRW's space and electronics business for continued growth and prosperity. We wish Tim well in his much-deserved retirement."

Sugar continued, "As a longtime colleague of both Don and Wes, I know firsthand of their outstanding capabilities. Don's proven leadership, strong technical background and excellent relationships with his customers will help our new Mission Systems sector continue to produce strong results."

Winter has served as president and CEO of TRW Systems since January 2000. A 28-year company veteran, Winter has also held senior systems engineering and program management positions for a variety of space system programs.

"Wes Bush has extensive management experience across a broad spectrum of the space business which makes him well qualified to lead our Space Technology sector as it begins work on some of its largest and most important new programs," Sugar added.

Bush most recently served as president and CEO of TRW Aeronautical Systems prior to its October 2002 sale to Goodrich Corporation. Previously, Bush spent 15 years at TRW Space & Electronics, where he had broad technology and operational experience in a series of management positions, leading to a vice president and deputy assignment. He also served as vice president and general manager of TRW's Telecommunications Programs Division, where he was responsible for developing and producing advanced satellite and terrestrial wireless communications.

Winter earned a Bachelor of Science degree (with highest distinction) in physics from the University of Rochester. He received a Master of Science degree and a doctorate in physics from the University of Michigan.

Bush earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and he is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School Executive Management Program.

Northrop Grumman Corporation is a $25 billion global defense company, headquartered in Los Angeles, Calif. This is just a snippet from a PDF file that has an interview with WG Bush-his views on the important role the company is playing, and the types of systems they are working on.

Clearly, that role has grown significantly, as is highlighted in the interviews on page 18 with
Don Winter, president of Northrop Grumman
Mission Systems sector (formerly TRW’s
systems business), and Wes Bush, president of
Northrop Grumman Space Technology sector
(formerly TRW’s space business).The executives
discuss the powerful new capabilities added to
the Northrop Grumman portfolio that make the
company a top-tier provider of space systems,
missile defense and the information technology
critical to both.

William Kristol, Chairman
William Kristol, Weekly Standard executive editor: "The hair-pullers and teeth-gnashers won't like it, of course, but we're nevertheless inclined to call this a Mandate. Indeed, in one sense, we think it an even larger and clearer mandate than those won in the landslide reelection campaigns of Nixon in 1972, Reagan in 1984, and Clinton in 1996."

Donatelli
A key part of Enron's strategy was having influential lobbyists in Washington and elsewhere. Besides maintaining a stable of high-profile lobbyists with a wealth of experience in government on its payroll, the company hired top lobby firms, with a history of getting things done.
Pulling strings on behalf of Enron were such well-connected firms as Akin, Gump, Straus, Hauer & Feld; Bond Donatelli (Frank); Bracewell and Patterson; Davis Wright Tremaine; Price Waterhouse Coopers; Sideview Partners; Skadden Arps Meagher and Flom; Verner Liipfert Bernhard McPherson and Hand; Vinson & Elkins; and Quinn Gillespie
.........Enron also hired opinion makers—both Paul Krugman, the Princeton economist who writes an opinion column for the New York Times, and Bill Kristol, the editor of the Rupert Murdoch-owned Weekly Standard, were paid for consulting work for the company.

Kristol: Exit Polls Undercounting Bush Votes?
Exit polls may be systematically undercounting Bush votes, Fox News Channel analyst Bill Kristol said Tuesday night, noting that actual early vote counts in several races seem sharply at odds with media projections....
"It would be amazing if the exit polls, which are a huge professional production, have systematically erred in undercounting President Bush's votes," he said.

There is a direct link to Blackwell and Bush.

An indirect link to The National Conservative Campaign Fund

http://kpdq.salemwebnetwork.com/subpage.asp?StationId=KPDQ-FM&PageNo=49

Part of the Salem Web Network. Christian programming. This page mentions a Dr. Doris Rapp as a guest. Any relation to the Rapps of Triad GSI?

Salem Web Network is:
• The leading provider of Christian and family- friendly content on the Internet including music and ministry streaming, commentary, articles and reviews

• In touch with a loyal, faith-based audience demographic

• Division of Salem Communications, the nation’s largest Christian media company

• Wide distribution through both national and local web entities

9401 Courthouse Road, Suite 300

Chesterfield, VA 23832

phone: 804.768.9404

fax: 804.768.9359

email: sales@salemwebnetwork.com

As usual, Alex Jones is ahead of us on this:

Mr. Blackwell is a member of the national advisory boards of Youth for Christ…and was formerly a domestic policy analyst at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C… Mr. Blackwell has held the nation's highest security clearance…He is a contributing commentator for Salem Communications, delivering commentaries on Salem's more than 90 radio stations nationwide…In 2004, Mr. Blackwell received the John M. Ashbrook Award given jointly by the American Conservative Union and the Ashbrook Center for Public Affairs. Past recipients of this award include President Ronald Reagan, Ambassador Jean Kirkpatrick and Charlton Heston.

End of excerpt

The Heritage Foundation is a very famous and influential politically-right think tank (and that is only the beginning of its story). Is there anyone in the American Conservative Union who voted for Kerry? Is the Pope Protestant? As for Salem Communications, here is a snip from its website:

Salem Communications Corporation is the leading provider of radio programming, online resources and magazines targeted to the Christian and family themes audience. For over 25 years our core business has been the ownership and operation of radio stations in major U.S. markets. We have also developed a radio network, which offers talk, news and music content options to stations through affiliate partnerships. We own and operate magazine publishing and Internet businesses, both of which share our commitment to our target audience. We continue to look for opportunities to strengthen our leadership position in the distribution and development of Christian and family themes content across multiple media.

End of snip

http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/november2004/031104trumpcard.htm

Blackwell is also a Freemason, fo those who didn't know.

His involvement in the Youth for Christ, mentioned above, made me think of the Young America's Foundation, which Frank Donatelli heads up; Donatelli is a "featured conservative speaker" for schools.

Then I found this on one of the Salem Web Network's websites:

http://www.crosswalk.com/news/1269810.html

What is it with these people and websites?
