The records are out there, a lot of the most damning ones are public and just need to be sifted through.

Evidence will continue to come out about the Triad cheat sheets.

Evidence will continue to pile up that Dem-leaning precincts experienced "delays" and "technical glitches" and "lower turnouts" - while some Repub-leaning precincts magically experienced 98% turnout. You don't need to be a detective or a judge or a statistician to see this - it's all part of the public record.

For example, see this:
http://www.freepress.org/departments/display/19/2004/1038

There is a massive public paper trail all over Ohio, and some people are REALLY motivated to find out what really happened. Blackwell is trying to duck a subpoena, but that only makes people ask, What is the guy hiding.

Bush, Cheney, and Rove have been subpoenaed.

This isn't going to go away. The Repubs don't mind cheating - but they are going to find that it has its price.

They lied to get us into a war, they lied to cut taxes for the rich, and now they're lying to get rid of Social Security and steal another election.

This is not going away. America will suffer - and history will show that we got into this mess because the Republicans got away with lying.

In the end, they're going to hang themselves with their own rope.

1. Right on!
This could take a long time, barring a major piece of damning evidence that we don't know about. We need to pace ourselves!

2. Exactly the truth will come out

The waiting is hard.

We must never give up putting on the pressure and finding more pieces to the puzzle.

We WILL win.

4. One question...its a biggy
Suppose we're able to organized and demonstrate the structure of these criminal patterns...what republican appointed judge is going to follow through with a case?

This is the part that reaally gets to me...how far gone is the country?

5. Supposedly Republicans are fond of the phrase "rule of law"
We could try shouting it outside the courthouse 24/7 to make sure they don't forget.

6. If we show up with a "smoking gun," no judge can rightfully run from that.
We have all this evidence from testimony and mechanical irregularities but what we need is something so blatant a 5-year-old (or Republican, your choice) could see it and then it will have to be investigated. ie: that programmer who was told to develop software to change numbers on voting machines without leaving a trail. THAT's the kind of stuff we need.

8. A measure to go by
Enough gone to make the 9/11 Commission Report look like a dog and pony show. Try reading the excellent Crossing the Rubicon by Michael Rupert to get the real timeline about 9/11. All based on public records.

7. I care, but we should keep on even if we haven't uncovered...
all the fraud before the fraudulent inauguration. It took me over 7 years to get the US government to come around on my civil service retirement (false documents were involved), but I won in the end.

15. ...........
"In the end, they're going to hang themselves with their own rope".

I believe they will.'They' are fighting amongst themselves in the Whitehouse right now and the Republican party is in crisis because the neo'CON's have hijacked it.Couple those 2 things with the criminal actions of the chimp and his smarmy cohorts along with people like us relentlessly going after them and you have another WaterGate waiting to happen.

I don't know what will happen on Jan 20th.But I do know that no matter what happens I will never let this go.It is beyond me how any true American could when what is at stake is the very founding of American Democracy.

16. waiting for another watergate..not enought time..and unnecessary
the difference between watergate and 2004 is the net....information was available immediately after the election..most of us had that feeling in our stomachs that something was terribly wrong...and within a few days a master list of voter problems was documented..up and running..for all of the us and the world to access via the net..we are history in the making..and the only free press available to us is online...the urgency is what they want to accomplish in these next four years...destroyed fallujah in one month...we dont have the time for this to evolve as watergate did...and its really not necessary...eveyone needs to be subpoened ..now...all the way to the top...the truth will be revealed...now is the time...
