Malfeasance?

(Dem candidates not on ballot) (but not corrected by poll worker)
032808 11/02/04, 7:47 AM PST Machine problem 3750 South Dixie HWY, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida Caller reported that the machines were not working properly. The technician was not responding to complaints by the voters.

037042 11/02/04, 10:08 AM PST Machine problem; Other polling place problem Mount Zion AME Church, 15250 NW 22nd Avenue, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, All Machines stopped, no announcement was made to the voters. The voters were not given the option to vote by paper ballot. No indication that the machines were rebooted or replaced. (Not able to vote?)
037115 11/02/04, 10:18 AM PST Registration-related problem richmond fire station, miami, dade County, Florida moved from different county; changed address and name at same time as husband at dmv at 151st st and told that voter's id would change; never received card but husband did; voter is democrat, husband is republican and
received card; voter not in system and turned away.
037373 11/02/04, 10:24 AM PST Registration-related problem Miami-Dade County, Florida 3 different were denied voting because they didn't appear on voting list despite having voted during a registration drive in the neighborhood that was done 3 months ago.
037398 11/02/04, 10:23 AM PST Registration-related problem richmond fire station, miami, dade County, Florida moved from Orlando and registered at dmv on sw 151 st street in 2002 and told that voter's id would change; not on voter roll and turned away; (happend a lot to minorities-party dependent)
037589 11/02/04, 10:33 AM PST Registration-related problem Miami City Hall, Key Biscayne, Miami-Dade County, Florida Told she was dropped from rolls because she had not voted since last presidential election (but she did vote in 2000 presidential election). She cast a provisional vote. (partisan decisions?)
037800 11/02/04, 10:37 AM PST Other ballot-related problem Nathan B. Young Elem. School 33054, Opa-locka (stet), Dade County, Florida After standing in line for four hours, they told her she had voted on Friday in early voting. She told them that wasn't true, so they had her do a provisional ballot. She showed ID. She did not vote early, and told them so.
040532 11/02/04, 12:33 PM PST Registration-related problem Munn Center, miami, dade County, Florida first time voter, 18 years old, registered at school, did not receive voters id card; dmv at 151 st gave her a receipt verifying information and receipt said that she was a registered voter; at right precinct but said that she was not on the rolls anywhere in dade county and turned away from vote, not even by provisional; poll worker called supervisor's office
twice and told that she could not vote at all;
058131 11/16/04, 12:53 PM PST Machine problem 14500 NE 11th Ave., Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida Poll workers are pressing the wrong precinct number. Pollworker entered wrong precinct # for assisted voter. Voter's helper caught the error and when she brought it to the attention of the pollworker, he said it did not matter. The voter's aid said it did say the voter's correct ballot would not be available.
001400 08/31/04, 2:26 PM PST Machine problem Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida Two reports of problems: 1) in the earlier (March?) primary, voter had serious problems with DREs. Said that the summary page did NOT reflect who she had voted for, and that she couldn\'t figure out how to change it. Poll worker tried to help her change her
vote but could not figure it out. Voter was forced to submit her ballot that reflected choices that she did not want to make. (This took place at Miami Park Elementary (Precinct 241), 2225 NW 103rd St.)
