Where's news on the Kerry motion at U.S. District Court in Ohio??

It's Thursday and Kerry's motion was filed on Monday. How long does it usually take to get a response from a court on something like this?

4. Yes he started a thread on that but someone asked him on that
thread about the federal case and he stated that the motion in fed court had also been denied but on different grounds than the SC action. Again, no confirmation

8. I'd be surprised...
Judge Sargus overruled the Delaware Co. TRO. He and Judge Kemp were both Clinton appointees, I believe.

I understood that the motion as filed by the Greens was denied on grounds of "inability to demonstrate a chance of success on the merits" or some such.... again no confirmation.... and that was why K/E refiled it. If it has been denied for them too, I'd like to know why.

I'm also amazed that there hasn't been a huge thread and meltdown over it, if this has happened.

:kick:

Couldn't find it, if this is the thread (http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=203&topic_id=207901#210248), but I didn't read the whole thing, just did a search on the page.

Where it was filed -- http://www.ohsd.uscourts.gov/

Anyone with PACER?

Will Pitt? I think you were first aware that it would be filed.

I'd like to know about this too.

No matter how partisan the court, there are some motions which cannot be denied capriciously.

12. Here is the Case Number
and I hope it's correct, though I'm not 100% sure. I got it from a post on dKos. Maybe Will can correct me if I'm wrong.

Case # C-2-04-1139

Enter the above Case # here:

I just did, and no results yet have been posted to the site.
