Doing a little experiment with the smoking gun
Edited on Thu Dec-30-04 11:55 PM by RaulVB
This is CNN's link as it looks today, December 30th, 2004:

http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pages/results/states/OH/P/00/epolls.0.html

This is the link and the way they had it on November 2nd:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=203&topic_id=214060&mesg_id=214457&page=

Above you saw the screenshot that a DUer recorded BEFORE the exit poll info was rigged.

First of all, you must notice that CNN is making up the numbers!

It is clearly impossible to obtain those variations on the percentages simply by adding 57 more individuals to the most recent sample and this is not news, since I get that point and I'm very far from being an expert.

But for a neutral observer, it is amazing to find that even in the most recent "official presentation", CNN HAS TO ACKNOWLEDGE that "*" LOST FIVE POINTS AMONG MALES RESPECT TO 2000!!!

"*", CNN argues, "GAINS VOTES" ON:

a) Females (5 points)

b) African-americans (7 points)

And this is the best, really:

- LIBERALS : 2 POINTS!!!...yes folks, CNN says that "*" lost moderate points (7%) but "won" some liberals out there.

All this with respect to the year 2000.

Now, this is an open question for all, what chances we have to start legal action against CNN?

I mean, don't we know that the "raw data" will not be delivered by CNN if they are not forced to do so?

1. This is a primo chance to put something from the "Mainstream" into
the hands of senators and congress members.

We just need the right summary...

3. Trash the "adjusted" exit polls
I like this approach. Use their own numbers against them.
Show all the ways that the adjusted numbers must be nonsense. Then show how the real numbers make more sense - and therefore Kerry won the popular vote.

4. They selected alternative participants to the exit poll after the fact!
They removed a sizable portion of the exit poll participants originally reported and replaced them with new and politically correct <hand-picked> exit poll participants that conformed to their desired results.

This is the only way that the number of participants could rise so negligibly while the percentages of each category changed so substantially!

Get my point?

The exit polls did change, but in ways that are so corrupt that they cannot be shared with the public or even Congress!

9. It's the only thing that makes sense here

CNN has their feet so deeply involved on the manipulation that is unbelievable!

Who is reponsible at CNN?

Does the management understand what they are doing and the consequences of it?

7. CNN as Racketeering Defendants?
That's an excellent point; I was just thinking the same thing after dinner tonight. Aren't we talking racketeering here? Maybe RTLF or one of the other attorneys here might want to comment on the relevance of the RICO act to the analysis developing in this thread?

8. RICO Act provisions
Excellent question, really.

Anybody with legal background (or not) thinks CNN's criminal activities fall within the limits of the RICO Act?
