Any news on how the troops are taking the * win?
Any family members reporting back on the horror of the * "win"?

1. Apparently 80% of the troops currently in Iraq
are thrilled to death with Shrubby's win. They will be proud to die for him in the streets of Iraq's fair cities.

Personally, I can't wait for the Iraq War Veterans Against the War to picket the White House and march through the streets of Washington, D.C.

2. do you have numbers, or is that sarcasm?

Sarcasm is fine, but if there are hard numbers showing 80% support this guy, then there is something fundamentally wrong going on with the mental capabilities of Americans.

Wait, never mind. 51% of the populance is nuts.

I was just thinking about our military not having the safety equipment it needed and wondering if anyone has any feedback from loved ones out there?

5. It was reported on CNN and MSNBC several times this
morning so there should be links out there. In fact I believe they mentioned a poll.

On Nov. 2 in the evening I also saw severals shots of soldiers in mess hallls or rec rooms watching the returns coming in and cheering lustily when states turned red. It made me rather ill.

3. From an article I read, they don't care
I can't find it now, but last night I was reading an interview with a corporal who said they had more important things to worry about, like not dying. He also said that some people voted for Kerry because he said they would get home faster and some for Bush because he would give them more money.

I imagine the familys are furious with the re-election -- well about 48% of them anyway.

I wonder why they thought bush would get them more money?

6. There was a report about the troops watching results
some where happy about Bush, but I was more surprised some marines spoke of voting for Kerry because they believed they needed a policy change. Hope they didn't get in trouble.
