http://moritzlaw.osu.edu/electionlaw/analysis/041130a.htm- Does this mean there would be no recourse (a) should a recount after December 13 determine a different winner from the original certification, and (b) Congress decide to count the original, not the subsequent electoral ballots?
There always seems to be a possible scenario to defeat the hope for absolute finality. Should a President of the United States ever determine he was elected illegitimately, he could ask his Vice President to resign, and with Congress’s consent, appoint his opponent to be his Vice President. Then, the President could resign. In our dreams, we'll see this happen.

The public is cheering the criminals on, afraid, or in a stupor. The courts are stacked.
Most Government is in Corporate hands and the media plays stenographer/cheerleader.
There is nothing left for us but to watch the crimes unfold and protest.
It's unreal, where the hell has reality gone? Is this the future?
Physics will impinge on this freak show of lies and propaganda and there will not be a happy ending.
