which way should I go in contacting U.S. Senators?
I'm not sure how I should contact my Senators...should do it by e-mail, because I don't have a fax machine at my house, or what?? Also who should I try to contact just both of my U.S. Senators or both of them, other who are on the list such as Boxer and Byrd??

2. Phone calls and fax!
e-mail is easy to ignore. Phone and fax is not. Tie up their lines, make it hard to work when they get so much pressure.

7. I would say do it every which way you can.
maybe I am overzealous, but it does not take very long to email and below is an easy way to fax. You just cut and paste and it faxes it.
and call them In between when you are not faxing and writing ,while waiting on hold. Although I got through pretty quickly. I also wrote called emailed senators besides my own.
I posted this:

Emails are often overlooked. Snail mail is delayed, flowers will be destroyed. Faxing is maybe the best way to go.

These were posted by dzika: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.ph...

I updated the list to include just the senators targeted by Conyers.
You can send 6 free faxes at once via email every 24 hours. So, paste a block of addresses below into the "to" portion of your email with your letter in it, then send it to the senators. You will have to do this for 5 days to send all of these, waiting at least 24 hours between batches. (if your email program is Outlook Express based, you may have to change the commas to semicolons.)

If you want to fax Senators individually, their DC fax numbers are immediately after the @ in the email addresses below.
