Smoking GUNS - Please FAX Election Fraud Briefing to Senators (Kick!)
Edited on Sat Jan-01-05 11:48 PM by IndyOp
Check out "The Case for Fraud in Ohio Election 2004" -- it is a thorough summary of what, when, and who committed fraud from Conyers, recount observers, Moss v. Bush, affidavits, DU'ers, FreePress & AP articles and more!

If you can do some FAXing, please print the pdf version and FAX it (with a personalized cover sheet) to Senators, members of Congress, media. Please come back here and let me - and everyone else - know to whom you have sent it. (Ojai Person and StephanieMarie have already gotten started - I will post a list of Senators they covered in a reply below).

USE ANY MATERIAL YOU LIKE IN ANY WAY THAT WILL HELP THE CAUSE. I posted it in ".doc" format so that anyone who wants to use any portion of it for any good purpose can cut and paste and run with it.

If you have suggestions for very important information that should be added or corrected let me know!

STEP TWO: Copy and paste one block of five fax-email addresses into the ’To’ field of your email message. Then send it to the Senators.

NOTE: Be sure to wait 24 hours before you send the next 5 eFaxes! You are only allowed 6 faxes per day or 20/wk- so this is set up for you to send only 5 eFaxes per day, and send them 4 days in a row. Be sure to wait a full 24 hours before you send the next eFax email. (If you send one to the first 5 Senators today at 1pm, wait until 1:05 tomorrow to send the next email so it does not bounce.)

48. How many times does a Sen. need to be faxed?
I keep seeing the SAME people asking DUers to fax, e-mail.....everyday, no less. When I've mentioned this as being a freeper tactic and questioned why we should clog communication systems, I have received only one response which was in the form of a lie! These Senators obviously know about the voter fraud (and probably have been given even more info. than we know about). My freeper radar has gone off and the sound is deafening.

7. Here is the cover letter I am using:
I plan on sending it to my own state Senators too.

Name
Address
Phone
Date

Dear Senator Someone:

I am writing to you neither as a constituent, nor as a Democrat or a Republican, but as a citizen of the United States. I am gravely concerned about our democratic process, especially as it has been compromised in the national election of November 2, 2004.

Representative Conyers will be formally raising similar issues concerning the state of Ohio when the Senate meets on January 6 to accept or reject the electoral votes for President. Therefore, I send you a citizen's summary of irregularities only in that state. To fax the evidence from other states would be an effort I am not prepared to undertake, as it would take hours.

Please review these materials and those from the findings of Rep. Conyers most carefully. I am sure that if you understand what is presented, you will have no choice but to stand with the other Democratic and perhaps Republican Senators on January 6 in support of Rep. Conyers' request for an honest investigation of the vote.

There are clearly only two reasons why you would not stand. Those would be either that you have not taken the time and trouble to familiarize yourself with the matter, or that you do not consider it your duty to defend the constitution and the right of the people to have an honest election.

Please help make us proud members of a great democracy once again.

Sincerely,

16. The touchscreen default to Bush fraud had huge effect in 3 states
Dozens of machines were found to have the default from Kerry after initial vote for Kerry in several Florida counties, and of those who noticed the problem and reported it, more than 40 % were unable to correct their vote and vote for Kerry. Among the larger number who voted on those machines and din't notice or call in. The percent switched was likely even higher. Millions of voters voted in those counties.
Similar pattern occurred in Ohio and New Mexico. I don't understand why more hasn't been said or done about this. Why isn't there a formal investigation of this widespread flagrant fraud??

39. California Senators Faxed! KICK
It took a little longer than we had expected, but we first installed the new EFax software on our Mac OSX computers so we could send more faxes in less time this week. Since we're Efax subscribers, we aren't limited to 5 per day. (The subscription is well worth the monthly charge, BTW.)

Anyway, we just got done faxing to both California senators a short while ago. Here's the letter we used. Other DUers are certainly welcome to use our text.

Dear Senator:

I am writing to you as a constituent who is gravely concerned about the survival of our democracy because of overwhelming evidence of widespread election fraud in Ohio, as well as in several other states and the national popular vote totals in the November 2 election.

Because Representative Conyers will challenge the Ohio election in the joint session of Congress January 6, attached you will find the best summary of election fraud in that state I could find.

In addition, you should be receiving additional materials from the Democratic members of the House Judiciary Committee within the next few hours, if you have not received them already. Please review both sets of materials carefully.

If you understand the significance of the evidence presented, you will have no choice but to stand with the other Democratic and perhaps several Republican senators on January 6 in support of Rep. Conyers' request for an honest investigation of the vote.

There are only two reasons why you would not support Rep. Conyers. Those would be either that

• You have not taken the time and trouble to familiarize yourself with the issues, or

• You do not consider it your duty to defend the Constitution and the right of American citizens to have voted in an honest and fair election on last Nov. 2, and our right as citizens to vote in honest and fair elections in the future.

Never before has there been as grave a threat to the survival of Democracy in America as the election fraud on November 2; this situation makes Watergate seem inconsequential by comparison. Accordingly, you can expect to receive supplementary materials from me discussing significant late-breaking evidence that has surfaced over the past few days.

In the meantime, I'm counting on you to join Rep. Conyers in formally challenging acceptance of this fraudulent election by Congress this coming Thursday.

Thank you for your service to California and the nation.

Best Regards,

40. OMG. I think I am turning into a fax.
I faxed everyone on this list below -- or at least I have them on a cue for the middle of the night (which is now). Sorry if repeats on what I posted above--I'm too tired now to cull out the list. I didn't fax anyone twice.

And IndyOp, you'll be happy to know I sent the ones I faxed yesterday the new two pages of references.

I faxed everyone on the PDA site listed below, including the 5 suggested Republicans:

McCain, Lugar, Snowe, Chafee and Voinovich + DeWine from Ohio. I think it would be good to send it to other Republicans.

Not everyone's fax is receiving. Some just ring and ring.

Oh, and Levin's DC fax is answered by some poor guy I keep waking up in the middle of the night. So I hope someone else would make sure he gets the report.

This is from the action Memo from PDA:

Some Senators will get more than one report, but that's okay. I was afraid that the lines might be too busy tomorrow to send a long report (each took about 23 minutes from my fax modem via computer).

I think the more Senators that get this report the better. It might also be a good idea to start emailing it to some media, telling them that we have faxed it to many Senators.

Good night and good luck, everybody!

44. Thanks so much for concise outline of fraudulant events!
It's great to have it all in this format so I can wrap my little mind around it all. It's been so overwhelming as the info has trickled in over the past few months. GREAT JOB!

Now it's up to us! I plan to fax each and every one of our senators starting with the ones that everyone has suggested might be our most likely candidates to contest, just in case I can't complete my goal in time.

Call me "fax queen" for the next couple of days!!!

And I also plan to make phone calls to the most likely candidates!

Got lots of work to do. Turning up the heat here in Michigan!

51. It means that continuous faxing CLOGS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS...
This is an old tactic used to cause havoc at the offices of "politcal enemies". It keeps the phone busy and fills e-mail boxes. And the same posters keep calling for this. You'll notice the same posters in each of these threads all "excited" about it and patting each other on the back. I know exactly who they are. When I comment about this as a bad thing I don't get responses from these particular posters. Only one answered when I directly questioned him/her and it was a lie. So there you go. Freeptime. Anyone else notice this?

52. This faxing seems to have been done overnight, while most slept
Edited on Mon Jan-03-05 11:15 AM by cyberpj
so that seems a smart move to me.

Unfortunately I found the info this morning and I believe faxing or calling is still the way to go since we're so short on time right now that letter would not get there in time. Also, fax lines are usually separate from phone lines so faxing shouldn't clog the phone lines and I doubt that enough people actually call on this subject to clog phone lines.

Desperate means for desperate times I think.........

53. Read the link Ojal Person posted above
It says to satrt at 8am in the morning and keep doing it all day. This is being asked of people from many different sites, so imagine how many faxes are going out with the same exact info.? It's called blasting and it's not a good thing to do. Plus I've seen you engaged in these threads too, so you must have heard this term before.

57. Fax to Boxer Bounced. . .
when we sent it in the middle of the night last night. Called DC office, staff says they don't receive faxes there and we need to fax San Francisco office instead, which is (415) 956-6701.

It is great and easy for our poor MSM "journalists" to read and understand. This would be a great thing to send to the media to get them prepped for the 6th, don't you think??

63. Yeah--maybe instead of faxing the same Senators with the report too many
times, send them short faxes with your concerns, send the report to Senators who haven't received it, and send it to media.

It is not about blasting, but informing, and letting them know our feelings and thoughts.

65. I work close to the Charlotte Observer offices
I'm thinking of taking the packet over there to them. It's a long shot but worth it. I also pass a local news station on my way home. Want to stop in there as well.

Ah, embrace the "media"! I'll just let it slip that Conyers is going to contest the election results...

61. I was able to get through to every single one but Levin and Leahy.
I can't believe it, but every other one on the list posted above is faxed the entire report.

Many of them seemed to have not turned on their machines or something until last night or today.

Thanks IndyOp for putting together such an excellent summary.

I have to get to work now.

I have time late tonight (1/3) in CA, and tomorrow--and a fax machine. I'm out for a while now, but will check back here around midnight. Give me assignments to fill in any holes. (If not, I will figure out some further recipients myself.)
