I Wish you all the best of Luck In Days, Weeks, and Months ahead
I would just like to take a quick minute to Thank everyone on this site as well as across the country that are continuing their effort to seek the truth about election 2004. I would like to wish luck to those of you who are planning or attending protest, rallies, and marches.

As I see it, Jan 6 will a major deciding factor for the future of the democratic party. It will show our strengths and weaknesses and will provide us with what we should base our next DNC Chairman on. Yet with the probability growing dramatically everyday that no sen. will object to the results of the 2004 Election, we must all remember that we are in this for the long haul.

It is important that in the days and weeks and months ahead, we as Democrats, stay united for this cause we care so greatly for.To many times have we not had the proper leadership to stand up and defend our actions but I believe this time we do, because you are the leaders. As we set forth on our journey to take back America we must remember to adjust to changing times, but not to unchanging principles.

The world is a changing place, its pretty unfortunate that at 15 years old I already know what it takes alto of people a lifetime to realize, and that is this. Our country faces great danger if we do not have a commander in chief that is here to represent ALL of the people. from the Minority to the majority, the rich and the famous, the blacks the whites, the many different races, we cannot succeed as a country if we don't have a President that fails to tell the truth, and no 51% is not a mandate.

So In Conclusion I say we all stand together in this cause because when we declared ourselves democrats we signed up for the long haul. Now it is our duty to prepare for the future, because the future is now.

Welcome comments

1. Corey, what probability is growing dramatically?
Edited on Sun Jan-02-05 12:40 AM by Ojai Person
I like all that you say, and I am reading along, and then I see this,
"Yet with the probability growing dramatically everyday that no sen. will object to the results of the 2004 Election" I was jolted, kind of like, what reality is that?

But I do totally agree with the very next phrase: We are in this for the long haul.

Because we are. Even if every Dem Senator and a Republican or two stand up, even if the Republican Congress said, You're right! We had better look at this election! Even then, we can't let up demanding integrity from our elected officials. Demanding that they represent us, not corporate lobbyists and rich bullies. It is going to be a long difficult fight. That's why the first part hardly matters, in terms of the overall struggle. It's an impossible battle anyway, but it is the good fight. And we either fight it or die miserable cowards.
Besides miracles always happen to those who give it their all and never give up.

And I wouldn't be at all surprised if you weren't leading this continuing fight from those halls in a decade or more, so take good care of yourself.

2. Agreed. Don't let the nay-sayer change your tune!
Take care and keep your chin up. I know school starts next week again and you probably aren't looking forward to it.

Understood. But hang in there.

You are some awesome kid.

Take care!

:hi:

3. 15, eh?
Good on you, Corey, you have the left version down pat.

Geez, when I was 15 there were riots on the streets, violent war protests, and Nixon's four dead in Ohio. And there were 15 year olds who had a similar vision as yours.

I hope you never have to see what we saw. I hope we can take back America without all the violence and bloodshed of the sixties, but I'm beginning to wonder...

Peace.

4. You are wise beyond your years.
I'm encouraged to know there are young people, such as yourself, who are paying attention and contributing as a force for positive change.

Thanks for posting this.

5. I just noticed your name, just like a candidate's. Corey_Baker20??
You are of the generation that founded this nation. I have said all along that you guys would make the biggest difference in this country.

Next after what we all do now, of course!

By your generation, I mean the "Pluto in Scorpio" generation, born between the late 1980's to 1995. The last bunch of them were alive and manifesting around 1776.

8. None of us are alone in this fight and that is what can make miracles
happen--in their own time, of course.

11. Bless you Corey
I'm glad you're in it for the long haul because we need you.

I must say I flip between total fear and tremendous hope. I also feel this desperate need to protect my small kids and often wonder if my posting here is putting them in jeopardy. Paranoia? I hope so.

Anyway, thank you for this. You're a wise one.
