The first back to back two-term presidents since...
#4 James Madison (1809-1817) and
#5 James Monroe (1817-1825)

I realize this doesn't mean anything, I just thought it was an interesting bit of trivia.

1. Except...
That was known as the Era of Good Feelings. What's so great about 4 more years of Shrub?

3. Roosevelt doesn't meet the criteria
I said back to back two-term presidents (plural), not president.

5. Good one ABC
interesting trivia.

Here's an interesting one of mine.

In America's history, every time a president has won a second term he won more states the second time than he won the first time.

There are just two exceptions.

Who are the only presidents who got reelected to a second term by winning fewer states than they won the first time they won?
