1. I've been wondering this also....
The only way we can get conclusive evidence of fraud, barring a whistle blower, is to do a recount ourselves. I read somewhere that Blackwell has illegally eliminated access to the ballots until after 1/10/2005.

I hope others respond to the legal and logistical issues surrounding if a citizen recount is possible.
