You start at the bottom: all those people who were on election boards and were poll workers have to come from somewhere.
You start petitions locally to tell your own board of elections that you want paper ballots
You lobby your state for better standards.

The repugs used their whole bag of dirty tricks and then some. Even with all that there is no way that shrub won and not by a 3 mil plurality. A very small cadre in the BB companies rigged the tabulating process. Just a few people and the flip of a few switches was all it took to perpetuate this FRAUD.
Even the most honest poll workers and election officials can do nothing about rigged machinery. They won't even know it is happening right beneath their noses.

You guys don't understand. This isn't about giving hope to fraud believers, this is about convincing Ma and Pa Fox Viewer to understand the issue in clear, simple 10-secondsound bites and with smoking gun evidence. You forget, these people didn't care to listen to the experts before the Iraqi War, they'd rather watch reality TV than the news and they don't want to hear anything else about the election. They need a soiled blue dress of election evidence, otherwise the media isn't covering it and the public isn't interested.

Bradblog, Bev Harris and others had given teases of smoking guns, but haven't delivered. And that is the only thing that is going to make people start to notice this issue, a big, flashy, smoking gun. There has to be hard and fast proof of fraud, not innuendo or minor broken election laws.

As the public and the MSM and even Kerry's campaign have already shown, they don't care about the tens of thousands of incidents of voter suppression, they don't care about all of the computer glitches that went for Bush, they don't care to know why the exit polls are only wrong for battleground states and they are quick to label everything a conspiracy theory.

So keep it simple, and find the smoking gun, otherwise, this issue doesn't make it off this board or the Mike O'Malley show. I don't want to sound like I'm being negative, I still believe the answer is out there waiting to be found. But I'm a realist and I think that unless we find it, we aren't going to get the media or the public's attention.
