There is no next time
This is it. If no republican or democratic senators stand up for the common people on january 6th Then do everything you can to get the dead wood out of office immediately!

- petitions for resignations
- recall efforts (laws can be changed)
- advertisments for resignations
- no confidence petitions
- protest them every time they come back to the state
- etc

If they dont stand up for us now they will never stand up for us. This is it. This is the line in the sand. They are are either with us or they are actively against the american citizenry!

WAKE UP! There is no next time! There is no get them back in 06!
not scared yet? then how bout this....especially the last identifyer. http://rant.mivox.com/archives/000209.html

**During the Washington Supreme Court oral arguments on Governor Election, Justice Susan Owens spoke for all of us when she responded to attorney Korrel by saying...

"You're looking at it from the point of view of the winner or
the loser - shouldn't we be looking at it from the point of
view of the voter?" The lawyer was left speechless on air
for 20-30 seconds. -- Moments like this are priceless.

1. right you are -- but i would add it's not over thursday
illegitimacy is our meme.

our battles range from the election to the war to our social security system.

we must stick together. there is NO GIVING UP. there is no GIVING IN. there are no DEADLINES.

We have to plan this to the very end and crush our opponent entirely. no compromise.

6. i would if kerry DID report for duty, but... see my thread
about the MOVEMENT...

part of the tactics of politics is to identify an enemy and put a face on it. personalize it. polarize it.

yeah, it would be great if kerry got in the mix -- but don't use your energy polarizing your allies.

identify your target
freeze your target
personalize your target
polarize your target

this is how it's done -- and you are a hundred percent right to desire the appearance of our man -- but we CAN'T work our mojo on ourselves. we have t direct that energy outward.

If they won't stand for us
we won't stand for them.

Plain and simple. We will
NOT look the other way when
a major crime is committed
.

If a relative of yours was beaten
up, would you say, "Oh well, we'll
get the guy next time he tries to
hit you? I sure hope not.
WE ARE BEING TOLD TO IGNORE A CRIME.
What the HELL is THAT all about?

Should we talk about Senators standing
up? Well how many Senators stoop up
to IMPEACH Clinton for lying about
having sex? Yet, a Republican President
STEALS an election, and not a solitary
Senator raises his voice in dissent?
If this true, this country is a joke.

The only thing possibly worse is we
put up with it.

9. I couldn't agree with you more -- and I MEAN IT
Oh boy... come January 6th, if at least one of my senators
does not stand up for me -- that's it. I'm 54 years old --
I've waited long enough for the Democrats to catch on. I've
been with them the entire time. I really campaign hard for
them. HOWEVER -- if they don't stand up this time. I've had it.
No joking. As a matter of fact, the green party is looking
better and better and better and better. After what I've seen
this year, I may switch anyway. Hmph.:nuke:

4. This makes me think of Howard Dean.
When he was campaigning he used the words "You have the power". Well now I'm thinking with all the cheating done what good is having the power? When you are being suppressed from voting by eliminating voting machines (as one example) for voters giving voters the choice of standing in line for 5, 6, 7, ... hours, your power to vote has been taking away. How many voters are actually going to stand in line for 4 hours or more? Knowing this was possibly the most important election in our life time there are many who just could not stand on there feet for this long or had commitments to get to.

10. I agree.
If Feinstein doesn't contest, I'll take a group of 100 or more to camp out on Martin Sheen's front lawn until he agrees to run for Senate in 06.

12. Senators serve at our pleasure . . .
and I'm not going to be too damned pleased if they sit there like a bunch of stumps. We vote for representation and if we don't get it, I say we kick the bums out.:kick:
