2. "and etc."?
How does that help substantiate your assertion? I agree that paperless voting is horrible and rife for "rigging". Just don't say "most states" without at least citing proof for ...err....most states.

5. I found it in every state that I looked at EIRS reports for; except Nevada
which has paper trail I hear.
(I looked at these because I knew they had touchscreens- I don't know all counties that do)

7. The EIRS reports have documented huge amount of fraud happened;
mostly in big counties in swing states. It would actually be dumb to do it where you don't need to. But it seems to have happened some where I wouln't expect it. The most happened in the swing states
Florida, Ohio, and New Mexico.

11. Other types of fraud have been documented in Ohio and New Mexico
where recount efforts are underway, but meeting with resistance getting them investigated by those in charge of the system.

Documentation of fraud of various types at the Free Press site and Richard Phillip's site and the Greens;
and the recount site above of the New Mexico analysts.
Documentation also on the www.votersunite.org site

15. I assumed they did it every and anywhere.
They needed to get their paws on the POPULAR vote, not just electoral.

16. Lots of ways of swinging votes without touchscreen fraud;
Kerry and Dems didn't seriously contest the deep south; thats the only major group(whites in South) that voted for Bush over Kerry according to exit polls. No advertising or serious effort there by Dems.

10. I would still check Nevada (touch screen w/ paper trail)
In Washington, Gregoire seeminly barely came up with the million dollars for the recount. The voter verified paper trail is only good for a person whose got the dough for a recount. Even then it might still be just an "audit trail" if the voter verified paper ballot is not statutorily defined as THE "ballot".

12. There was vote machine fraud in Snohomish Co., Washington that
hasn't even been dealt with yet; touchscreens defaulting from Kerry to Bush. There may have been some of that in the Govenors race also; I didn't check on that one.

But there are a lot of ways to manipulate the vote, its as easy in optiscan as touchscreen as long as they aren't going to do handcounts, and in most states the usual recount of optical scan counties is by machine- which wouldn't find fraud- only errors.

17. There was typo in URL for Mahoning County, Ohio fraud
http://northnet.org/minstrel/alpage.htm

other info there on Ohio fraud and voter suppression also

note that virtually all the Swing states had massive amount of voter suppression of minorities, dirty tricks, vote machine fraud, and other vote manipulation by GOP. Consistent pattern

18. URLs for vote machine fraud in other states; Mercer County suppression of
minority voters was the worst I've ever seen. Most were disfranchised, not allowed to vote. The following EIRS reports document such.

Mercer County, Pennsylvania
http://www.flcv.com/mercerco.html

Snohomish County, Washington
http://www.flcv.com/snohomis.html

Orange Co., Calif.
http://www.flcv.com/orangets.html

Bernalillo Co. New Mexico
http://www.flcv.com/bernalil.html

Go to www.voteprotect.org and www.votersunite.org for more cases of
suppression and malfeasance in minority counties of most swing states.

And vote machine problems, glitches, manipulation, which were extremely widespread. Touchscreen voting is extremely unreliable.
