Boxer's office is saying she's still undecided. Keep calling.
It looks as if the calls will determine her decision.

3. I would not say it absolutely
Edited on Wed Jan-05-05 03:11 PM by Walt Starr
Any Senator that believes they will gain political capital from objecting will do so. Also, if Obama truly believed the case for election fraud was made, I honestly believe he would stand up.

That said, wasn't Boxer one who was thought would object in 2001?

8. She may have presidential aspirations, too
and could see this as a lock on a portion of the base.

12. Hillary will be avoiding this like the plague
Can't tell if Boxer is really going to do this or if the rumors are just out of hand.

14. I am being a realist.
I do believe there was major fraud in Ohio, Florida, New Mexico and other states.

Still no Senator is going to do this, it is just not gong to happen.

Sure you can all your senator. They will tell you they are thinking about it but in the end will not do anything.

5. Why the hell don't they ALL object?
There's safety in numbers. How many Dems do we have in the Senate? 46? They should ALL stand up.

15. House Of Cards
I'm mentioning when I call that there is Strength In Numbers! I don't want just Boxer, or just Feingold, or Just Kennedy. They ALL need to stand, and lend support to one another, otherwise our Democracy will truly be taking numerous steps backwards.

9. What Bullshit. Babs should just look into her heart and decide. I mean..
is this a quantitative thing? Do 40,000 calls make her challenge 30,000 don't? Isn't the groundswell of activism enough?

17. Calm Down
Let's not bash her unless she doesn't do anything please. I could care less why or when she decides to voice her concerns, just that she does.

19. Tell her to do it! If nothing else,
Edited on Wed Jan-05-05 04:21 PM by Bill Bored
there are a number of bills for the VVPB that might become law if enough of a stink is raised about the unverifiable nature of the vote. Boxer is cosponsoring one of them -- S2313. See: <http://www.verifiedvoting.org/article.php?id=5074>

This is a perfect platform to demand the audit trail, the paper, etc. to make the vote verifiable again!

The rest of the work must be done at the state level but ask Senators and Congress Reps. to GET INVOLVED as citizens of their states. Sue the states if necessary! Robert Wexler's doing it in FL. It should be done in every state without verifiable voting! Otherwise, kiss Democracy good bye!

The issues of the electoral vote, Ohio and verified voting need to be tied together. This could happen tomorrow!
